Especially the part where Vrishasena tells her he would organize a swayamvar for her , it was so cute and the way she asked about it after seeing his body, it was heart wrenching!
And then that last convo between karna and his daughter, that last dinner and how he tells her they should both be proud of his glory. And also that contrast between the ideals for both of them was so nicely brought out!

All loving fathers are great. I donno why, but I am feeling really good reading this. Your writing style appears more seasoned. It sounds deeper and calmer now. Or may be that is because of the nature of this OS. I mean, it is really touching and soothing. It has the fragrance of something that I cannot say. But it made me really feel good. Else I am not the kind who feels good after reading these kind of stories. Most times, I feel nothing.😆 Just like what I wrote in Riti's last OS on Karna, this OS also has a lot of emotions left untold though I am not sure about that but my writer instinct says so. And that only made it deeper. Because no word can say what a father really means to a child. I have this nature of imagining whatever I read so that I see it as a film running before my mind. I cannot exactly say how beautiful and lovely reading this OS has been. Your Karna is a very much matured man which I rarely imagined. I loved that very much. And Padmavati too - I just love her. Foo foo to Vrishali.😆 And you surprised me with this OS. The Karna lover in me is taking this more as a gift to Karna from you. Keep surprising us!!! An exceptional writer you are!!!👏
