if ashaji is legend it should also show in her behavior. she is not
jury member as legend but as jury member. i dont like it at all
when she sings now on show. of course i am fan of her songs
when she was singing in 60s,70s.

Asha ji was great,is great and will remian great. I think,at 80 yrs,no one will be able to sing the way she does. She ahs not shown any disrespect to any one,but,yes,showed some people their proper place.

and atif has never been one to run after money and glamour.
otherwise he would have signed dozen hindi/pakistani movies
by now. they want to cash in on his superstar image. but he
doesnt want to run around trees. he even refused mahesh
bhatts offer to sing for some advertisement. angering mahesh
bhatt. if he was insecure he would do it. i dont hear of him
riding porsches and stuff. he does what work makes him feel
good. whether he loses out on goodwill or not.

Who do you call a superstar here? Atif? May be, in a country like yours where talent comes in trickle,he can be termed a superstar. Not here. I had always said he is pretty ordinary. And yes, he can only sign dozen Hindi films if these are offered to him. Thee are not being offered so whatever little he gets he signs. And there are hardly any Pakistani films to talk off. You know that and I need not elaborate here.

as for talent as singer, Atif himself has admitted Mulazim
and nabeel are better singers than him. His USP is different.
Its the entire package. Voice, style, looks, charisma, personality.
Otherwise how many thousands are there with good voice and
sur? More than one can count. But its Gods chosen few who
get success.

Thank God,we do not have singers like Atif to tolerate. His voice breaks if he takes high note and trembles when he has to hold a note. That is quite clear and it was also pointed out in the show. To tell the truth, in Pakistan right now you have a dearth of singers so Atif is great for you . Any one will do.

tongue twister - sorry ashaji is legend for you. for me

she is one of the thousands of singers in india who

got chance to sing. and monopolized the movie business

by blacklisting producers who took new singers in their

movies. i have myself read in a back issue of a movie

magazine where one singer called Sulakshana Pandit

spoke with 60s singer actress Suraiya and they discussed

this issue. i also read somewhere else and when i see

her in music shows i tend to believe. ive seen her in Indian

Idol. and how she behaves.

As for Atif he is not some kadka from the street that he will

grab any offers whether for movies or songs. you can see

from the way he speaks he is from a strong background.

If he was desperate he has been famous from the time he

was 19/20, that time boys are very confused but he has never

been in any scandal. have you ever heard a scandal about

him and any girl? bipasha basu tweeted about him and

expressed her desire to go and see his show in South Africa.

he said he didnt know how to respond. its there in some

live interview in india if you want i can search and give the

url.

any desperate young 24/25 year old would hv jumped at

opportunity to create some headlines by being seen with

her and get some movies. he ignored it.

veena sent a friends request to him on facebook. instead he\

shut down his facebook because he said people were getting

into his personal space.

some movie star wannabe would try to use these things and

make some gossipp and get movies. not atif. he just didnt care.

he was happy making his type of music.

im not saying he is a saint. he has his huge ego and needs to

mature. arrey, if he was all that he would be ST. ATIF. no one is

perfect.

Read my post I didn't say I like Mika..I said even Mika..who is nowhere on the top is way better singer and performer than Atif

It is very clear that you have nothing to say because what I am saying is correct and you have no logical answer to what I am saying, and you have resorted to low class abuses 'saawan kai andhai kao sub haraa haraa is dekta hai' ..very Atif like behavior..

frst of all...if bipasha tlks abt him , it doesn't mean she is romantically inclined 2wrds him. i hv also read this in 1 of aatif's interview publishd at d time of RACE . there he clearly mentiond that he lykd both john n bipasha's company n they also told him that they play his songs in their car smtyms.it was a vry short meeting. so what if bipasha has shown her wish 2 c his show ? she is not runnin out of choices in india evn aftr her brk-up n aatif surely stands nowhere among thm.

now abt veena malik, ny fool cn undrstand y he wants 2 keep distance frm hr. she is known as d most scandlous prsn both in india n pak n a prsn lyk aatif n his family, who r spendin a gud amount 2 maintain his neat-clean image, will always try 2 avoid ny connctn wid her.

Please read my comments carefully. I have clearly said that Atif may be a superstar for you but,not for me. Singers like him are dime-a-dozen here.

What he does or does not do regarding his FB account matters least to me. Or what the loser Veena did or what Bipasha said is hardly important. If I go on talking about Indian singers,this will be never ending.

I keep my comments based on his singing capability,if he has any and thats it. Also my comments about Asha ji was also about her singing talent and nothing else. Frankly,I am least bothered what they do in their personal lives. I have better things to do rather than spending my time reading tit bits from filmy magazines where more news is based on sensationalism rather than facts. To read that and to believe in it ,only an idle mind will do. I have no time for such things.

They could only monopolize because they were talented and producers needed them. They are not head of the state or some powerful queens they have nothing other than their talent .they don't even come from rich family..their talent gives them power..all talented people have power..nothing new in this..

Atif wants to have power without talent..
