IF Teams Feature - Suggestions Required

As you must be aware, IF has introduced new teams feature. You can read about here.

So, for our Superstar Singer 3 forum, what kind of teams should we have? Should it be according to judges, captains or Singers? It can be any combination. Please give me suggestions so I can implement it on this forum.

Yes, you can join only one Team.
