Hey guys, glad to know it's being discussed. I loved the episode - except that I couldn't help but notice how some participants are sidelined and a particular mentor sayali the newly married one is given so much importance, she's always singing more than the contestants. Like the contestant Pratyush the golu molu, (he's totally adorable tho needs a little work on his singing) she was singing all the time, when will the child get to learn? What's the point of her doing all the singing?

All the kids are so so adorable, toh I find some of them are really amature at it, but are still praised like that guy who sang kaise hua, he's wearing a neon tee today. He looks stunning an will be a stunner in the near future. I feel the tiny tots are the real stars of the show!

Also Salman sings badly, he paired with mani just doesn't help Mani.

I love Pawan voice. The only mentor who is so good. He sang with a 7 yo girl - she's so so good. I already want her to win 😂.

That will be very shocking and unfair.

We know the captains sing well but when they sing with the kids they get highlighted instead of the kids except in Pawandeep’s case where both are equally mentioned.

Well, what can one say about Sony! Yesterday's epidose ended with "To be continued" but nothing about that today! Until what seemed to be the end of this episode!

Rituraj and Harshita - I felt Rituraj did better than Harshita. I think the stated ages of both are false - their difference in height is just too large!

Aruna was okay once again. Nothing extraordinary.

Rohan did his usual stuff. Good singing for his age and some drama. But why would they want the kids to be involved in their "Arudeep" drama! Pawandeep being the cool zen master and taking this in his stride. Arunita also not letting this impact her too much. Their strategy seems to be to just shrug and move on, metaphorically speaking.

Faiz did well but once again he had lesser lines than Arunita. This is becoming unfair to him. Arunita, of course, was top notch as usual.

Pratyush - okay okay once again. And yet another participant where the captain continues to get a larger share. This doesn't make sense!

Sayisha is the dynamite once again! Thankfully she got a proper share of lines and was not too overshadowed by Pawandeep in terms of share of voice. Pawandeep didn't know what hit him when those ladies stormed the stage 😄. But he continued to maintain his Zen Master countenance!

Mani - I think this was the performance of the day in my view! He was too good!

Surprised that others didn't get a second chance today!

I am surprised that Chetanya got a medal.

From the Captains, Pawandeep and Arunita continue to be head and shoulders above the rest. Both Manwa Laage (Arunita) and Ek Main Aur Ek Tu (Pawandeep) were performed at such a high level! Such nuanced performances! Even their songs in the medley at the end. When everyone was singing Mera Dil Bhi Kitna Paagal Hai, their voices were clearly discernible.

For the completion of the 90s songs, I feel they should have had the contestants sing them instead of the captains and judges. The focus really should be on the contestants.

29th May

Mani is rising up steadily. He was top notch today. 👍

Pratyush would’ve done better under someone else. Sayli is more into showcasing herself. No offence. This is where Pawan becomes Pawan. 😊 Note how beautifully he underplays & allows Sayisha to score! 💕

Sayisha - Pawan are so cute together, this girl’s grasp of the nuances of the song has to be thanks to the mentor. 👍

No one can ace Manwa laage like Aru ( except of course Shreya). It is to the credit of Faiz that he did justice to his part - with Aru accompanying him, it’s no mean task.

As I said yesterday, I have started looking forward to these duets ; Faiz- aru & Sayisha-pawan.
Rohan- Sayantani second song was aired today, I suppose.
The rest were okayish with Aruna slipping back to her original format.
Glad that Pawan won the Best Team - very deserving 👍👍
Asides…..
Sony got me all in knots - wondered what happened to the remaining 40 songs of the nineties! I thought, since the tracker went for a song ( pun intended 😃🤣) they chucked the idea. And then woah… 90s entered after aunties’ exit! 😃

Most befuddled expressions of the day:-

*Anuradhaji when suddenly Uditji decided to show appreciation by kissing her hand 🤨😃
* Pawandeep under Aunties’ attack 😀

Eye-roll moment of the day :- chaitanya getting a medal & not Rituraj 🙄🙄

* whoever is styling Aru needs a refinement in taste. 😳. No offence, just my view.

Aru-pawan looked understandably bored & indifferent to the Joru ka gulam gags, that I actually laughed out over this, more than the supposed joke 🙄😀

^^^ you summed the episode exactly. I was going to comment some of the things you posted.

Mani definitely best performer in today's episode. Also Faiz and agreed with HR's comment about his singing in par with Arunita.

Sayisha is growing on me. At 7 years of age, her voice is awesome. She can be a winner.

Sayli - less said the better. I think she was expecting DHD when singing with Pratyush.

Seems Danish is favourite of someone 😆 so Chaitanya over rated.

Why did forgot that Mrs Kamble will be in the housewife episode. 🤣
