Doctor tells Rajesh that they had Dr. Gupta's reference so they have to pay less which is 20 lakh.
Everyone is thinking that from where they will get that 20 lakh from. So Tina tells Dhirajbhai that they will get that 20 lakh from 3 billion. Aakash agrees to them and tells them that Kanha's life is more important for them than Mohanbhai's values.
They all leave from the hospital and reach at home and find that the doors are open and so is closet. They all get panic. They find Mohanbhai praying to the god and asking for forgiveness from him for his action. He tells god that he has took out the money to save Kanha's life. He tells god to punish him for his action not his family. Rajesh gets emotional and hugs Mohanbhai and cries. He tells Mohanbhai that they were so wrong about him. Dhiraj tells him that they have decided to fight with him and to go against his value if he had not given them.
They take out the 20 lakhs from the bag and pays hospital bill. Aakash is so happy that finally Mehta family is going to use that money.
Aakash calls his boss and tells him that Kanha is safe and Mohanbhai has paid hospital's bill by himself from that 3 billion.
Kanha has successful surgery. Rajni tells Kokilaben that because of her positive Kanha is safe. She tells he that they all had lost faith in Kanha but she was the only one who had faith in god and had positive attitude.
Dr. tells Mehta family that Kanha is safe and recovering very fast from surgery.
Tina and Aakash have sweet talk. He tells her that her family is so nice and he is jealous of that. He tells her that he wish that he had family like her. So she tells him that he is already a part of her family. He asks her that how they can trust someone who is completely new for them. He tells her that he had no clue how to react when Rajeshbhai hugged him at the hospital when he was feeling low. So Tina tells him that it was a nice trick to praise him. Aakash flirts with her. He tells her that he is been trying to impress her since long time but she never give him chance. So she tells him to drink Mug water and he drinks it.
Amit thanks Doctor but he tells him to thank Dr. Gupta. Amit thanks him.
Dr. Gupta is impressed with Mohanbhai how he gathered money for operation. Amit gets scared but Dr. Gupta tells him that he is not asking where he got them from he is just happy that Kanha is safe. Then he tells him that he has heard about him that he won't have scholarship for next year so he was little worried for him.
Aakash's boss talks to himself and says spending money on Kanha's surgery won't break Mehta family and to break Mehta family he has to find someone else from the family. He is trying to figure out weak person from the family and then spending money on him/her Mohanbhai will regret on his decision.
Finally he decides Amit as weakest person.
Precape: Aakash gives some good news to his boss and his boss is impressed with him.
