I am so sad I missed the 1st episode. But I will watch the repeat today. I felt really bad watching the promo. It's so true. I am always in my room doing something and when my comes to ask me if I want to eat or something, I always tell her No I am busy. My door is always closed. I feel so horrible. I love my mom though.😭 I just never notice all the little thing that can hurt her.

The attitude of every member of the family towards Sujata is really sickening. How long will we be forced to take such unrealistic harsh and insensitive interactions to cater to the whims of the makers who think that people are forced to accept whatever is offered to them ? The same band of villainish husband, criminal son, bitchy daughter and sister-in-law ? And there is one Sujata standing up against all the onslaught with all the goodness in the world ! Utter immature stuff dished out once again

My daughter is otherway around. She is 13 years old and she is so friendly with me. We share two separate bonds at the same time: MOTHER/DAUGHTER and BEST FRIENDS. If she gets hurts, it hurts me and when she even have little cold or cough, it hurts me. One of my son lose his temper sometimes and my older son and my daughter yell at him," This is the way you talk to mom???? How dare you talking to mom like this????" I know it is his nature but if I don't speak up today and change his nature, in future he will behave same way as Sujata's husband behaves with him. I think mothers play a pivtol role in kids life before marriage and after marriage at some extent too. I think, Sujata's whole family is ridiculous.

This concept is old. There was another tv serial like this and a wife went out to work, something like this.

anyways, this storyline gives mixed messages. For those who neglects their mom and wife, they will turn possitive watching this serial and will know the fact that their every little act can hurt their mother. I hope those kids will change after watching this.
For those, who have never seen such extreme will stop watching this serial hoping that this could never happen in real life, but this happens in real life. I have so many set examples. can't discuss personal life here. But believe me, I seen many many ppl who talks so rudely to their elders and sometimes it turns into biggest mahabharat war. 😭

hey dear! I so agree with the part you wrote in bold...👏

I think that this concept will make us realize that it's important not to take beloved ones always for granted..

We should know the importance of people in our lives, esp people who care a lot for us!! Like our parents, sibblings and of course spouses...

and although it's your own decision whether u want to watch the serial or not...i think it's not good to say it's not good to come up with such a concept...It's a social matter..these things do happen in real life..
I know there are lots of Sujata's all over the world-- who are completely dedicated to their husband, kids, household, home etc...--- only we don't realize that fact..!!

I think with this soap BR prod wants to open the eyes of the society mein rehne wale log abt how to treat people..esp if it comes to woman esp with complete dedication....as the title says..Samarpan-- Sujata...ek Stree ka Samarpan!

samarpan translates to doormat here ... even the maid says you don't give me work... give me a break.

if we keep saying reality it will remain our reality. my opinion is just that if we watch it it will remain the reality for those it already is. will watching a serial suddenly give an epiphany to that person.. oh my god i also treat my wife and family like that .. oh oh i better stop it and change. i seriously doubt it.

showing this kind of behavior is regressive. if they go on to show change then it might have some effect. as it is the men and children are not the target audience of this serial, if they soon show that she learns to stand up for herself it will be great and might be influential in making women to whom this is reality also learn to stand up for themselves. then it would be helpful.

i guess i will wait and see before i say more. rather wait and read if someone is kind enough to do the updates, i still don't think i will have the stomach to watch this kind of behavior,
