Karan also posted it on snapchat. I think the bandage on his head is an upcoming scene. He has actually had an injury on his neck in a scene today, he said it's an old injury that has come back while he was doing a scene today. I think as a result he finished shooting and went home. Hope he is ok and recovers quickly.

wat?karan is having neck ache?...hope he will get fine soon...n ya...2day he dint put any story...hope he gets fine soon...n does not take chutti...already ...v hardle get 2mins kriyam scenes...dont know how ill manage..a day or two without them..😭
