They clearly showed he is doing it FOR Suhani coz she wanted this child badly and that's the only thing he can do for her now - to protect the baby and raise it.
That's an emotional decision but it could've been understandable even convincing... but none of us are feeling it... instead we feel anger towards him.
Why?
For one... they made Rags raise valid doubts which we've been asking. But, of course, they are shot down without valid explanations. There was not even cunning diversion or wriggling out of tricky situations... attempted by the vamps. If they had played the cards well...we would've been convinced that "Yuvraj was unduly TRAPPED". But, since all they had to do was make Dadi say " shut up" and ignore logical arguments... there is not much drama or emotion created to make us appreciate the vamps cunning or the hero's sad state.
Two, the bridge which should connect his grief to helplessness hasn't happened. Yuvraj is coming across as DUMB and STUPID more than SAD and LOST. I no longer even feel bad for him... I should be feeling the suffocation, confusion along with him... but showing NOTHING of that side of him to speed up drama is utterly unconvincing.
I don't understand... why even make Rags raise valid questions when they were to be ignored or unanswered? Why waste that screen time? At least that could've been used to make Yuvraj breakdown one more time in Pankaj's presence?
This is what I felt... What is your reason for not feeling the correct emotion even at a high point in a drama? That's too sad actually... going wrong even in most crucial junctures. Bad writing.
