Here goes my guess..Suhani is in the room locking herself up or someone had locked her up may be the new girl n Suhani is is washroom n she faints ..Then it indicates the start of pregnancy track..

Or may be the new girl has done something

I dont think there is going to be any yuvani baby soon...see then whats the need to introduce a new girl? I think Suhani will be the one who is going to find out the real face of Balvinder...so i dont think the cvs will make Suhani pregnant and i guess the new girl is going to be either Saurabh's ex or may be Saxena's daughter to take revenge of dadi and Suhani...this is just my guess...
