15th Jan Episode

I read the WU and I didn't get it. I just saw the episode, and I still didn't get it.

Okay, it wasn't Pankaj's blood. How does that absolve him? It's like proving a negative. Especially in circumstances where the alleged victim insists he was the person who molested her, the presence of someone else widens the net at most , it doesn't make Pankaj innocent. It also links to something I mentioned a few days back, which I'll get to later.

Don't get me wrong. I know Pankaj didn't do anything. BUT we're talking in terms of that monster Logic here. Pankaj was accused. If the police acted on psy's word, and if psy insists it's he who did it, if another witness who was obviously hostile (to the 'proscecution'--I mean Yuvraj's pro-Pankaj bias was clear) admitted Pankaj entered psy's room, then Pankaj cannot be found innocent on the basis of someone else's blood being on glass that was broken AFTER the event, in a room where evidence was contaminated, and where the 'proof' was discovered by 2 people on the side of the defence. Now people, please don't tell me I shouldn't expect logic in a serial. I know I shouldn't, but I would like it anyway.

First, there seem to be 2 lots of broken SOMEthing. If something broke when Pankaj heard a noise, why did the police find nothing after making a big deal out of searching the room for evidence? What evidence DID they find? We've already gone over the joke of a sealed room being open for any Tom, Dick, Harry, and their whole families and all their friends to walk through, which immediately makes any further discoveries inadmissible in law. (But not in serials, apparently.) So WHAT broke when Krishna was doing his thing that night? Door pane? Window pane? Cvs not decided, the better to cover their asses? Forgive repetition, but if police had already searched the room, this is after the fact and cannot go to prove anyone's guilt or innocence.

Aside: Ramesh can't be a very good cleaner if he didn't notice anything. Maybe he was busy swimming in the non-existent swimming pool instead of cleaning the house...Okay, okay, I'll let it go.

RagsMen are frustrated cows who should get a life. Preferably together, away from our screens.

Gauri looks like she's relapsed into pre-sudden-recovery. She's definitely seems guilty of SOMETHING. I hope. Adi should be beaten up by all the Birla bros, much more violently than Radhe was. Someday. Inshallah.

Saumya, what a friend! Took 10 seconds flat to go back to accusing Su. I'm glad Krishna is going to appear today and that at least won't be stretched from here to eternity.

Looking forward to court scenes again. And looking forward to my normal past-time of catching out cvs. What the heck, I put in the time, if not as much as many of you.

Coz acc to yuvani they're trying to prove that someone else molested gauri nd due to darkness in the rum she couldn't see that person nd blamed pankaj for it.. 4.there were small statements frm yuvraj that gupta ji got the permission frm court for searching the room without any other official so we can assume that they did it after some 'special' permission got frm court..

5. Saumya they are trying to keep her character graph 'constant' coz everytime she gets a chance to distrust suhani she grabs it with both hands.. I was happy that yuvi was going to shut her up bt then mahaan suhani stopped him...

This is the most i could do...😆 bt no matter hw illogical it is i like the court-room drama.. Let's see whether the cvs are able to maintain the interest or not..

If Gupta ji had got the some permission why on earth dos these too ransack the room for proof.It has to be done by lawyer himself with the police.May be they can avail the help of forensic dept. too for checking finger prints.Which law really allows two common civilians to ransack the room where crime has occured.I was really lmao when I saw both searching for evidence.When the lawyer could come to take blood samples of all why not for searching the room.I dont think police had searched room coz if they had done it they would have certainly seen broken article as broken something was used twice

Somya disgusting old too good to be friend..She dosent have faith in her friend ..Its just herself convincing her gut that Suhani is her friend but when she is put to a test she leaves the string n accuses her..poor

But to say a thing when police searched for proof the room was unimaginably untidy.I thought they had spilled the articles purposefully to convince any person that scene has happened😆

Gauri actually looks like she's in worse condition than she was when they found her in Suhagi. That jittery behavior is rly a put off...Adi seriously should be beaten up by all 4 bros and Pankaj should throw stones at him. 🥱

@Soumya- totally. I'd have cut her off long ago if I was in Suhani's shoes. Can't take that lack of faith in a friend...

That was my question and fear to begin with..Psychobaby has positively identified Pankaj as the culprit, hence he was arrested without any physical evidence ( room mein toh there was nothing) even as Radhe was let off scot free even after confessing about being in the room to scare Gauri. The blood just proves that other people were there , it DOESN'T prove that Pankaj didn't do it. Infact the only way Pankaj will be absolved is if Psycho baby and Lootera Creep confess!!!! Or Gupta ji manages to prove that because of Gauris mental state and that night ka confusion, Pankaj will have to be let off due to lack of evidence. That will be VERY VERY bad coz the Birla ass ****s will never believe that Pankaj is innocent, the 2 culprits will get away with ruining an innocent man, the shadow of suspicion will haunt Pankaj, Suhani and the Srivastavs will be castigated at every opportunity...and even Yuvraj may turn against Suhani after Gauris crocodile tears... and WORST of all GaAdi will become permanent BH residents... DaRagMen kam the ki aur devils ko le aa rahe ho..

The proof for or against has to be absolute and irrefutable.

And the evidence... that was a joke. Crime scene hai ya Hanging gardens?? Every tom dick and Harry is walking in and out. It's not just law, its common sense...no one has the right to enter a crime scene esp not the interested parties. Any evidence collected this way is automatically inadmissible in court coz it's contaminated. Legal system Gupta ji ka hai kya that he will get special permission for Yuvani? And Yuvraj was wearing 1 kitchen glove, Suhani none...and they were rampaging through the room like two bulldozers... no procedure, nothing... kya hai yeh yaar. CVs...all it takes is a few extras. Unko investigation karte hue dikha dete... of course that would have taken away precious time from Showing DaRagMen and their pearls of wisdom and general inanities that the audience is so fond of..

GaAdi should be thoroughly thrashed and put in prison... I know Gauris mental state yada yada...Lootera creep might have influenced her, but look at the woman's acting skills... this is not some misguided soul..this is psychobaby only...

And Sowmya... If these are best friends then give me enemies anyday... She has the GALL!! Should we remind her of all the crap that she has pulled on Suhani?? Given that, suhani ko toh us par police kya mafia ko chod dena chahiye, uska kharcha pani nikalne ke liye...

@ red, exactly, don't they watch anything? Right now I'm watching Good Wife and the amount of meticulous research that goes in is commendable. Okay, chalo, these guys are pressured, they don't have much time, they don't have resources. A 5-minute google search will tell them when they're so wrong it's funny.

@ blue, that was one of my early concerns, that if Pankaj gets off on a technicality, he will still be considered guilty. And for all Yuvraj's being a sweetheart for now, I am expecting him to go mad anytime. I will have to tear out my hair if those 2 go unpunshed, and we know the track record.

Naina, I salute your attempt, and I get what you're trying to say, but it's pathetic writing. As du says, lazy. Lavina, don't remind me of the divorce, yaar, it drove me mad.

I know, girls, I know, but I'm aadat se majboor.And might as well say it. Who knows, they may be lurking and learn we aren't idiots.

But so far, I've enjoyed the court scenes too. Even when it's for the wrong reason, like the judge being thought of as Queen Elizabeth or someone.
