Ah, my smart du. You always catch things. Yes, indeed, it was deliberate. I forgot--I also meant to put in a reference to Yuvraj complaining to Suhani that abhi uski (Yuvraj's) haathon ki mehndi bhi nahi utri ki she's rejecting him. And yes, suma, that stuck drawer was meant to reference the cabinet opening scene.
