I actually do like the Contest wali episode, unlike the popular opinion here because I know where he is coming from. He did not say the words coz he meant them but he wanted to hit her where it hurts like she has hurt him by thinking of leaving him. But that wasn't executed well... they should've shown more depth to the scene to make that point across but what they did was make him look like a douche. And no matter WHAT his reasons, he should not have insulted her publicly. Period. I'm glad he mentioned it today... I hope he apologises to her for it. I do hope he apologizes to her tomorrow.

I was hoping Dadi will put Su in a spot where she is forced to distance herself from Yuvraj for Gauri's sake. And after his realization today, he'd never ever let that happen and we could've got some much need Y-S focused track with him not letting her go😛😆

I'm quite glad with the quality of scenes we got today of Yuvraj-Suhani and Yuvraj-Sharad!

I think Yuvraj finally got his redemption.👏 He is just one step away... he needs to apologize to Suhani, then he'll be truly, permanently redeemed.

I liked how he was raging and raving against Aditya and burst out about him judging someone based on looks only to see himself in front of him, literally and figuratively. When Suhani said such people do not deserve love in their life, the look he gave was priceless.😆

He just couldn't say anything. The reality and enormity of situation has hit him SO hard. He was literally dumbfounded and just walked out with the truth crashing down on him with such force. I'm surprised he did not collapse with the weight of it all.😆 He deserved this reality check in life. It was long due and I'm glad he got it😆

His scene with Sharad was another superb one. He reflected on all that he has done and now he actually came to understand how it is to LIVE a life like that. And how it feels. That just showed on his face... Sahil did that part well😃 From Chai patti to insulting her, he covered all the grouses against him all along.

Everyone makes mistakes, so did he, because of his conditioned upbringing. But he has truly realized the fault of his ways and it is obvious he will never again repeat that mistake or even allow such low-level thinking into his life ever again. He truly managed to change himself, completely with this. Well done!

And I am SO very glad Suhani told him the truth. Phew! Thank you, girl, you rock⭐️

And totally loved how Yuvraj apologized to Su's parents. Dadi was amazed when he stood for them...haha! In your face B*^&^!

A couple of highlights for me...

1st of all.. loving the change in the Yuvani equation... Yuvraj actually sees through Suhani's lukka chuppi and gets the truth out of her... no insults, no impulsive, public mein screaming...none of his usual MO...👏 And thank you Suhani... no jagat mata or tyaagkidevipanti. Hesitant hi sahi,You told him the truth... love the growth in the Yuvani relationship... seems almost worth the wait!! 😊

2nd - Yuvraj standing up for Suhani's parents and actually apologizing to them for his Daayan Dadi's uncouth behaviour ( someone teach that b***h some manners please...😡)

3rd - Finally Yuvraj and his road to redemption... You know DU, even after the whole confession etc I still felt that Yuvraj got away easy... he didn't apologize for a lot of his impulsive and horrible actions ( esp the contest scene- For me that was his lowest point on the show- after the non response to Suhani's molestation attempt and near death experience) , his idiotic family's treatment of Suhani and her family. Whenever she has broken down, she has had to pick the pieces and move on, with little or no help from him. I felt he still didn't deserve the kinda unconditional love that Suhani showered on him.Fine!! he realized her value in his life, but he didn't truly realize how much she had suffered esp because of his flawed thinking ,mistrust ,impulsiveness ,silence... UNTIL TODAY!!

He has genuinely realized the magnitude of what he did to her, what she went through while he was busy on self pity/revenge mode. For him, Marriage with her was a choice- an unpalatable, unwanted one, but a choice HE MADE, while the whole mess was just dumped on her by her father and Yuvraj- without her knowledge/ consent. He has realized how lucky he is to still have her and her love in his life inspite of everything that happened. And now I feel that he will surely attempt to truly deserve her love and cherish her... What an improvement in the character arc...👏

I really hope there is a follow up scene with Suhani... with him apologizing to her...She deserves to hear that from him...
