wHERE IS SSEL?

Friends, i think i have lost ssel...

This is bound to happen more because there have an extra day per week to fill. Can't always be high voltage or even interesting, but I wish they would place at least one or two interesting bits in an episode. This is so off-putting.
But I do sympathize with the cast and the cvs. It's no joke to churn out a serial all week. Where to keep finding creativity and how to stay interested and avoid burnout?

For some reason they rarely do that. If we get 5 good episodes in a row, we'll die of shock. And we've lowered our standards so much, that now even okay epis are classified as good. Not saying the 7-day schedule is the culprit, but that it'll just make it worse. Cvs must have great faith in their viewers to dish out the crap they so often do. You know how Tripathi insists Dadi and those 2 useless women are sooo popular. That's the justification for anything we dislike--apparently "others" want it.

Really? That's what he said? I could believe it months ago, perhaps. But the fact is that their nonsense is just getting boring now because it's either the same old thing or worse. Okay, fine, if you think some people like it, then yes, give some of it. But balance it out somewhat by having someone tell them off and point out how ridiculous they are. Pratima just keeps her mouth shut. Where's the saas-bahu element that CVs always claim people like in their relationship? Why can't she tell them off from time to time? Why can't she point out how disgusting they are with their pettiness? Don't tell me you won't be pleasing a huge bunch of viewers by doing that. Otherwise, it's just getting boring now.
