The episode starts with, Birla family watching something on Yuvraj's grandpa's story on screen, shown by Suhani. She narrates their story of dada and dadi and how he had promised that he'll start a company for beauty product and the company got bigger. She says its a Taj Mahal built by Dadaji. Everyone's emotional hearing this. She shows them dadaji's cycle too. Birla boys are hearing this looking at each other. She says remembering this we will start the auction. Then the auction starts with people telling that price for the company. The auction reaches to a price of 1500 crores and Suhani announces the price as a final price, but then Yuvraj becomes emotional seeing Pratima crying and stops the auction. Even Saurabh says that they shouldn't sell their company. Everyone's including Dadi are happy. Suhani says that they will get losses. But he stops her and Saurabh says that they wouldn't let Dadaji's company go away from their hands. Anuj,Sharad,Saurabh and Yuvraj join hands to promise that they will try to keep their company running. Ragini isn't happy about this. Saurabh announces the parties that they aren't selling their company. Yuvraj tells to dadi that they will solve the company's problem soon, which makes dadi happy. Birla boys promise her that they will work themselves without trusting any other managers. Suhani says that their problems will be solved soon.
Soumya comes home, her MIL gives her water and inquires about her job interview. Soumya informs that she didn't get the job but next time she will. Krishna's mother is sad and doubts that her daughter should've broken her fasting and feels that is the reason Soumya didn't get the job.
Suhani is typing something about their company in her laptop which even Yuvraj notices. She finds him peeping at her letter and smirks to herself. She says Yuvraj talks big big about going to office but wouldn't do anything worthwhile. Yuvraj says I'm not like that. They have their usual kind of petty fight. Yuvraj ask if tyre getting jealous, Suhani refuses. Yuvraj makes fun of her, Suhani bangs him in his stomach with her fist and leaves. Yuvraj holds her hand and says thanks that she made her realise the importance of the company. He assures that he'll definitely to office tomorrow. Suhani gets up early in the morning, but Pratima says it's not morning you gets some sleep. Menka and Ragini walk into Suhani room and takes the alarm clock to cancel the alarm timing. Menka bangs herself on the cupboard and leaves urgently. Suhani wakes up at 8 and gets tensed as her alarm stopped in the morning. Later she gets ready to go to their office, Pratima keeps everyone and also Suhani Tilak as a Shagun. Birla boys take her blessings. Yuvraj says you're late, Suhani inform him about her alarm clock. As they're about to leave, dadi refuse that she isn't a part of our family so she shouldn't go to our office, making others unhappy but RagMen are happy:
