I'm very keen to know Soumya's mom's name, i've seen her on 'yam kisi se kam nahin' also.
Does anyone know her real name. I find her role interesting hehe.😆

Weird thing I think of though when I see her, I don't know why because she looks nothing like him but for some strange reason I get reminded of an alien from MIBII (Men in Black II). I'm thinking it's due to the fact she seems to tower over everyone on the show, lol (just like he does on MIB II).

He's the alien played by John Alexander (Jarra or Family Dad Alien). I know that has nothing to do with your post but I just had to mention it 😆😆

@Parm- WHAT?!😆😆😆 That is so funny, I thought you'd talk about some actor/character, but you compared her to an MIB alien. I think she's slightly awkward in her scenes and looks more beleaguered than the old actress. Old actress had a Dadi feel to her.

LOL, Appu. I know but I can't get it out of my mind each and every time I see her. I miss half of what is going on because I'm so busy comparing her to that alien😆😆

That made me laugh. I don't know if it's the direction, but this actress doesn't have the teeth in her that the older one did. She was quite nasty to Krishna and anyone, really. 😆 I don't know whether they have made her harmless because of the situation and her desire for a rapprochement with Soumya.

I'm not sure as it could be both reasons. Right now I'll give her the benefit of the doubt and assume she's acting this way as she wants to mend her relationship with her daughter. Hopefully after the way Somu told her to leave her alone on the phone (before dangling from the banister😆 serves her right) perhaps she'll react some (although I'm not banking on that just yet).
