Yes, Sharad would probably not have let this go on for so long if he didn't feel that YuvAni weren't right for each other. I just want Yuvraj to stand up for all his loved ones.

Regarding Soumya, she is too involved in her fantasy to notice what Yuvraj is saying/doing. She was so happy about her victory today that she just ignored his interruptions. 🤢 Also, it doesn't help that Dadi keeps telling her that Yuvraj loves her. I feel Dadi paints every gesture of Yuvi's as a romantic gesture which fuels Soumya's delusional fire. This is why she is unable to take a hint from Yuvi's utter rudeness and anger towards her. She actually feels it's a result of his feeling duty bound to Suhani and being trapped in his marriage. What a joke. 😕😡

Yeah, Yuvraj took the wrong route with his plan today. He had plenty of opportunities to talk to Soumya alone but didn't. I think Yuvraj should have been more careful because now that he knows Soumya "loves" him, he should have thought about not giving her the wrong signal. He definitely should not have smiled when she asked him how she looked. 😡 Don't know whether he was overwhelmed today, but he keeps giving Dadi and Co. fodder in their scheming against Suhani. Yeah, Dadi herself told Soumya that Yuvraj never stands up for Suhani and scolds her a lot, so he needs to change.

Yuvraj's intentions were good when he thought he'll take Soumya out with him and clear whatever misunderstanding and misconceptions she has...but unfortunately it didn't work out as he had planned. Apart from this...there were some minor hiccups too from his side. He knew what a creepy creature Soumya is and yet he choose to be a gentleman while dealing with her...opening the door for her and keeping his patience intact...(which he seems to loose often with Suhani and dadi too had pointed this).

If Yuvraj considered Soumya as a stranger he shouldn't have discussed what conversed between him and Sharad. He had a lot on his mind today...but still it's no excuse. Growing up with Sharad all his life and yet if he failed to understand his cousin cum best friends feelings when he showed concern. Agreed Yuvraj don't want anyone's interference in his life...good for him. Even I want him to accept Suhani without any pressure from anyone. Maybe in the heat of the moment he spoke rudely to Sharad...but later on too he didn't patch up with him. He has an ego which at times become important and bigger than his love and affection.

@ clarity - I was too shocked seeing Pratima giving an earful to Suhani that I didn't see anyone else...😕 And this outburst was much needed for Suhani. And in a way Pratima too needed to voice out and assert it to others that she has a say in the household matters.

Soumya is indeed a creepy creature and I think your analysis is 100% correct. 👍🏼Yuvraj is without a doubt a very egotistical person who can't even tolerate insinuating that he may be in the wrong. I really didn't understand Yuvraj's gentlemanly behaviour with her, though. As you said, he didn't have to open the door for her.😕 They have been arguing and it's not like he's friends with her. He doesn't seem to have this level of control with Suhani which can be interpreted as his feelings for her being too instinctive and also not considering her his equal.

Knowing Soumya, he definitely should not have discussed Sharad with her. I think he was overwhelmed today and the CVs are trying to say that it was this confusion which led to that mishap. He has been very rude to Somu in the past few days, so don't know what happened today.

I'm glad that Pratima spoke up the way she did because it seems like Suhani doesn't understand her dulcet tones too much. Maybe this outburst will finally make Suhani sit up and listen. I feel that Suhani takes her too lightly at times.

Pratima feels that the water is above the danger level now, which is why she is resorting to extreme measures. Yuvraj's behaviour was illogical and the fault of the writers.

I have a very different take on why Yuvraj is doing what he is doing. I am not sure if you have watched the film Aaina with Juhi and Jackie Schroff.. I think the CVs are actually going that way with Suhani, Sowmya and Yuvraj. Sharad fits in as the younger brother supporting his Bhabhi.

Yesterday, while I accept the Yuvani moments were really good, I still did not share the enthusiasm of the forum. I do not think Yuvraj did anything yesterday due to being drawn towards Suhani. He did it because he wanted to prove atleast to himself that what Sowmya said was not true and that he really was committed to his relationship and Suhani was happy in it.

But when it came to going to the next level, he could not bring himself to do it because even now, he does not love Suhani. He definitely does not love Sowmya but he is guilty that what she is saying is perhaps true. He has realized that much.

At every turn yesterday he wanted to make sure Suhani was happy and wanted her to reassure him. But I think what turned him inside out was Suhani's trust in him.. He was more than touched by her saying that while she definitely has questions, she will never not trust him. She added something else. Suhani told Yuvraj that she hoped Yuvraj trusted her the same way too.. I think that made him take his decision.

Yuvraj will not play along with Sowmya. He will pretend to go along with her words, hurt Suhani in the meantime. But in the end, he will show that he has already fallen in love with Suhani for who she is and not because of what she looks like. He is going to take Sowmya on a ride and leave her stranded in the end to make his point. So I think we should be ready to see more of the Yuvraj who goes along with what Dadi and Sowmya do.. In the end it will all be ok. It will be Suhani's trust and Yuvraj's trust in Suhani that will shine. (Or atleast I hope so)

In all this, I feel sorry for Sharad He really gets talked down and Yuvraj insults him. However much you are friends with a person, to just do that to them is not right. I hope Yuvraj apologizes.
Sharad will stand by Suhani , not just because it is right but also because he loves Yuvraj too much to let him do something wrong.

As for Pratima, she is helpless. I do not envy her place. She has a draconian MIL and two good for nothing DILs and now Sowmya is walking around like a queen.🥱 Pratima was bound to lose it.

BTW, I did not mention this but Suhani just keeps growing on me. Yeah she is extremely naive but there is a beauty in letting harsh things slide and look at the positive in people. Hate Dadi for making a comment about the color of Suhani's skin..

I just hope that Yuvraj really I mean really make it up to Suhani in the future, not just for testing her patience but for all the insults she suffered in his house😭

A different and relevant take on yesterday's happenings. ⭐️

I believe that Yuvraj was motivated by Soumya's goading, but I think his actions in their bedroom started out from trying to prove to himself that Soumya is wrong and then getting involved in their interaction inexorably. He has very deep feelings for Suhani but is not close to realising it right now. Yuvraj is a very complex and bigoted guy who is slowly starting to share Suhani's spirit of seeing people for who they are and not what they bring to the proverbial table. I haven't seen Aaina, but a lot of people have mentioned it, so I will take a look at it. 😊 Let's see how the movie compares with SSEL.

About Yuvi stringing Soumya along as part of a larger scheme, don't know if Yuvi will do that since it seems like YuvAni are more like flies caught in the web woven by a gang of spiders. I think the Phateechars will succeed in causing grave misunderstandings between YuvAni and it will involve a lot of verbal volleying between Yuvraj and Soumya. Don't know whether he currently has the sense to plan such an elaborate scheme. If he does something like this, we will see a proactive Yuvraj.

Sharad and Pratima need an emotional catharsis that brings both of them out of the victim box. I feel very sorry for them because I think their feelings get treated like collateral damage, like they don't really matter. I agree that a close relationship doesn't mean you that you verbally berate them and expect everything to be normal. 😡He does it with Suhani too and he needs to stop.

Suhani is definitely a character that you can't help but fall in love with. It happened to me too. BTW, do you think Suhani will believe Yuvraj later when he tells her he loves her?

Clarity, Lets just say that I personally do not want Suhani to forgive Yuvraj or for that matter her dad or Sowmya so easily. Sowmya is a complete no-no. Their friendship should end after all this comes out but forgiveness for Yuvraj should not be easy. He needs to make up for a lot of things, including his indifference to her being subjected to taunts from his other family members and for leaving her hanging without an explanation just because she is patient.

But I think Suhani will forgive Yuvraj and believe him. She will be heart broken yes. But she will still understand his PoV and hence will give him the leeway. I think she has become too emotionally involved now.
I just hope her forgiveness doesn't come too cheap. Sometimes one has to earn it to actually appreciate it. Yuvraj needs to earn Suhani's trust that she has so innocently given him in totality. He needs to understand that one cannot take some things for granted all the time.

I agree wholeheartedly! I think there needs to be a long and arduous separation between YuvAni where Yuvraj really suffers and pines for her. I want him to be the half-mad lover. Sorry if I sound sadistic, but he really needs to jump some hoops for a gem like Suhani. Like you said, sometimes, you really don't appreciate someone's love or forgiveness if it comes easily to you and you take it for granted. I want Yuvraj to cherish and love her, so I think the path to her forgiveness has to be an uphill ride.
This is why I hope Suhani completely disbelieves him when he tells he loves her because I want her to say that she has already been hoodwinked by him once and doesn't believe him now. The pain he will go through when he realises the girl he loves doesn't even believe he loves her will be immense. With Soumya, she believed he loved her and said no, but I want him to understand that he has hurt Suhani to the extent that she doesn't even believe him now.
He needs to make up for a lot, as you said- for each and every moment of humiliation she had to go through at TPF's hands.
