wat abt a custommade sig or avtar section

hey guys...was jus thinkin some other forums have a sectn or somethin dedicated to people who are lik really IT saavy and like to make custom made siggies or avtars for members who are not so IT saavy or cant do them(ppl lik me😭)...and there are very nice and popular....is tt possible on this site?is there anyone who can do tt?tnx......
