Yes, it is an issue now, I am facing the same problem. The emoji panel draws over existing content and doesn't let us add emojis. We have to scroll up to add the emoji every time. Please look into this.
Having a minimum 5-word limit encourages members to express themselves more fully rather than using terse, two- or three-word sentences. However, the 3-word limit is a good idea because it prevents users from writing more when voting in banner threads!
