If she don't have access to that she needs to use the Retrieve Old Account option which is just below the Forgot Password option in the Login Page.

Thanks Vijay but she has already reset her password and still gets this error screen after she enters her email for password reset(pic 2 below) :

Lost access to email ID

FlyOnTheWall account में मै गूगल से ही लॉगिन करता था कोई पासवर्ड नही था क्योंकि गूगल मेरा मेल ओपन नही करने से रहा तो मैं लॉगिन नही कर पा रहा

I could finally login. The problem persists on phone login but hopefully it will get fixed soon.
