We are still awaiting for your reply regarding the AT issue in KZK2 forum , it's a bit urgent given things are getting worse and the cyber bullying and personal attacks happening in that forum is not addressed by the section moderators. Had this been dealt duly , I wouldn't be posting these moderating issues in this thread, sorry but I have no option than to post here to get your attention with the on-going issues .

@munnihyderabad, I am sorry to disagree with you in the matter that things are not taken care by the section moderators. It is clearly written that when you report you need to wait for 3-4 days and give time to the moderators to take action against the offenders.

You are aware that it is one of the most active forums and there reports are always in bulk. So for cleaning them we need time. It is nearly impossible to do that in few hours.

It's so much easier to suggest solutions when you don't know too much about the problem!!

Before we can solve a problem, we need to know exactly what the problem is, and we should put a good amount of thinking and resources into understanding it. And because today’s problems in the public Forums are so complex, we know they can’t be solved by being broken down into specific components. An overall view, i.e., an aerial view is needed here.

I know, I am a minnow and a nonentity here. But as a friend to all, taking this opportunity to request you all to put one step forward to understand the other person’s POV, please, don’t come to conclusions with strong emotions. Here in this matter, no one is a friend or foe to me, with revere and deep respect, requesting you all to wait for a while before replying to each other. I have high regard for all the members who expressed their feelings and POV clearly here, I respect your feelings and expressions based mainly on the inherent emotional quotient. All are highly respectable members with a huge number of friends in this IF, in fact, each one is a stalwart in their own respect.

Now, bowing my head in front of you all, please, don’t hurt each other with words, so that, later we have to repent for it, if you have objection for my intervention, no problem, bash me for a while as you wish, but let peace to prevail, through such storms, within and beyond.

Yes This is Urgent. cos show is going to start from 13th july , already so many promos and BTS stuffs are coming .. as there is no Solid decision has taken yet , Majority of Members as well as stopped to come there and AT is completely inactive since 2 days as everything still is uncertain in decision .No one is sure What to do or not.. So Pls Give us the solution ASP . It is getting now so much hurting and frustrating for all of us as a core fan n an active member. So pls it is req to Authority give us a Proper, fruitful , justifiable and a balancing closure ASAP.

I understand you are commenting here because you aren't happy with the moderation/rules but it is also breaking rules of the forum. This is why we always ask everyone to contact higher DT rather than posting in the forum.

We do not post regarding what action we take etc in a public forum, then why is it okay to question moderation in open forum? Do you not consider us to be members?

Regarding the AT, this isn't some rule we made out of the blue. It is something which is followed in forums with similar dynamics. KZK2 isn't a forum with members wanting one single thing. it always has two groups of members wanting different things. Our actions aren't based on number of people. it is based on what is better for the forum and what is fair. If you feel any of our actions are unfair to you or your fandom, you can always contact higher DTs. This is the hierarchy to be followed : First point of contacts are Appy/ Erum. If you have issue with one moderator, you can PM the other moderator. If you aren't satisfied with the answer from both of them, you can PM me. If you feel all three of us are being unfair, you can contact jyoti06. in case, you need further clarification, you can PM Vijay. As Jyoti and Vijay handle more forums, Please give them adequate amount of time to reply.

Regarding action taken, whenever there is an issue, Appy, Erum or I always respond to you at the earliest. We explain each and everything to you. We provide you with maximum information which can be provided without breaking any rule. Even if we have mentioned the time taken to be 4 days, we handle most of the reports within a day's time unless we have so much report that we are unable to handle it in a day. Sometimes we do have so much report that we cannot handle it in a day's time, so kindly give us the time for action to be taken. We do try to stop fights by closing down threads for review at the earliest. The reviewing might take some time. Even if its a 5-6 page thread. This is because we have previous reports to handle too.

Even if there is a fight and we might not be available at that time, it is dealt with once we are online.

Kindly PM higher DTs rather than posting here about moderation. If there are further posts regarding moderation, action would be taken against those members.

EDIT: This note also goes for every fandom in IF. Please do not use this thread to discuss moderation. Moderation issues are supposed to be PMed to higher DT.

This is how you contact DTs : viewbies > Mods > Channel Mods > Global Mods > Admin.

Please note : If your section doesn't have one of the above set of DT, you can contact the next DT in the hierarchy. For example : If your section doesn't have a viewbie, you can directly contact moderator. If your section doesn't have mods, you can contact channel mods directly after viewbie.
