Why are some people in the budd list not showing up in the select friends tag while sending pm? Also, the username doesmt show up on typing it directly. You have to use their profile to message them

I'm having issues with inserting a link with text . Whenever I give a link for the text it doesn't ho to the corresponding page but the main page itself .

In the content section I have added the chapter names though I tried linking the relevant pages , all the chapters once clicked directs to the 1st page itself
