This was one of my first concerns, the exact time data...

Now...You can see exact time data by hovering your cursor over that "2 hours ago/days ago" note...

It's similar to the ones we used to see in our quick post link section time data...Also works the same on the "Edited" posts as well.

Exactly my point when I first saw the new layout and expressed the same to the Admin...
However it turns out that quite a lot of people do use that reply button a lot...

And the buddy, pm option they said it was running the server slow that's why not implemented...

Anyway the reply button takes you exactly at the bottom quick reply. Means if you are in the mid of the page and want to use quick reply then simply press "Reply" you see on any poster's comment. It will jump to the quick reply...And this itself explains the difference between quote & reply plus solves your scrolling problem.

I am seeing the previous multiple pm reply bug where you can't remove the member tags and your reply would be pmed to all those names - this issue is fixed.
