What sort of image type you tried??

Please upload jpg file and when you hit crop it shall embed inside the round avatar. If it doesn't then there's either issue with your browser or the picture itself.

I am a bit technologically handicapped so I don't understand much of file type.

here the picture properties is saying its a PNG file

PNG file not supported ...Had tried

Convert to JPG.... It will work 😊

Can you search for .JPG file type and try the process once again please?

if you tried to download this file I attached it should be saved as JPG..Try with this if you are unable to find jpg
