Query regarding joining the devlopment team

Okay so I got an warning but my warning level was not raised, it was like a normal 'be careful next time' sort of warning, It did not increase any kind of warning level.

The development team did not warn me formally, but only messaged me about what was wrong about my post, though my post was not reported and it was quite polite according to the person to whom it was addressed

My query being, Can I still apply for the development?, because my warning was not formal and it DID NOT raise any warning level.

As it was not a formal warning so it dosent count in warning I woukd say.

If you have received a warning PM , be careful to not to receive a WL increase . If you maintain a good remark after this , this warning PM wont be any trouble.
