JDJ forum is in mayhem...None of the mods appointed are available..

There are disgusting posts being made specially to bash and abuse Drashti by a specific group of members-

its disgusting the manner in which she is being bashed and the way they are sexualising her. Unrelated to her work and JDJ, they are personally attacking her and her fans...

The matter was escalated to the global mods...hetal, jayashree and priya nair ..Been a week and the PMs remain unread ..all indecent posts and comments are being reported for the past week, yet no action seems to have been taken and the posts remain open...Drashti fans have chosen to ignore the bashers who are openly saying they will continue in this vein until the fans start responding in kind...is that what you want? mayhem in the forum?

If you cant manage a forum, pls dont open it!

i know JDJ forum is on fire.
and special target is drashti without any fault.
DT's r on a leave so we cannot do anything about it.
but for the time bieng i think vijay or GM's should be taking an action.

i think for the time bieng forum should be closed or appropriate actions should be taken.

hoping in future to be a MOD.

I find it extremely stupid that all the DT have gone on a vacation together. They were well aware that the JDJ forum was going to be open and they also know what a disaster it is every year! SO WHY would you let every DT go on a vacation together, at such a crutial time when they are needed the most? And this isn't just the JDJ forum. We have newbies attacking actors on other forums too. Every forum has the note "DT inactive" and they tell us to contact the higher DT (the global mods) when we do that, we don't even receive a reply. When we try to contact the admins, they don't even open the PMs! So who the heck is going to take care of the forum when every DT is enjoying time off? Like really? 🥱

Guys we request you to be patient. Though DTs are currently on a break, some of the GMs and Vijay bhai are still around. Also most of us coolbies are still around and we are handling the links to the best of our ability in each forum. There are bound to be some coolbies in JDJ forum who are consistently following up on threads and trying to do their best until the DTs come back. Until then please be patient.

Exactly my feelings! I find it very fishy that they all went on 'vacation' at the same time 😕

I agree with bloodysunday and reaffirm the fact the Coolbies have no special privileges apart from sticking their own thread on a particular forum for which he/she is a coolbie. And he/she is never considered a part of Development Team. On forums which do not have a moderator, the channel moderator is supposed to moderate the forum. Even our right to view warnings of other members were taken away for some unknown reason. 😕 😕

Yes this is true. However, many coolbies are in coolbies in forums that have no other moderators except for a CM. To help the CM, the coolbie of the forum often does things to help, such as reporting threads or keeping track of the archive or ensuring that a forum is running smoothly. At the end of the day the final decision lies in the hand of a CM or higher up mod to decide if a thread is okay or not, but a coolbie can often do these things as well.

And right now, given that a lot of our DT are away, many coolbies have tried to fill their shoes and are doing their best to ensure that forums are running smoothly and posts and threads that a member complains about are looked after by Vijay bhai or one of our GMs who are active at this moment.
