Show rankings on IF

I am confused about how the shows are ranked on IF. Just saw Nautanki - the comedy show at #19. I just HAD to check to see what was going on as I had found the programme boring. Found the forum completely deserted with maybe just 2-3 posts in the whole of April.

Shows like Bani, Veera have much more activity on this forum but are below this particular show in ranking.

What is going on?😕

The Chaska meter rating not only depend on the forum activity , it also depend on the activity in the Tellybuzz article in which the show is tagged in .
The rating also depends on number of views a thread get . (sometimes we get red box pointer instead of a blue pointer even though the thread will be having less number of replies. This is because the post has got enormous number of views).
Most importantly it depend on the weekly performance. Veera might be having overall higher activity but nautanki -the comedy show may be having higher amount of activities the specific week ,so it has higher ranks.

Najmeen, Thanks for being so proactive but you make no sense. That Nautanki forum is D.E.A.D, forget about any thread getting X number of views (and your response about weekly activity). I see there was a Tellybuzz article that got 7 comments (yeah, I don't know how many views) but spare me if that is the criteria for a show to go up in ranking.

I pointed out Nautanki as seeing it in top 20 is a shocker.

Anyway, thanks for replying but mayb e someone else can take a look as it seems to be some mistake

And by the way, this show rose 56 places up in rankings compared to previous week😆 With limited/no activity and 1 CM rating😆

Now I am curious. Is the whole ranking thing just a fake?!! Or was it just some silly criteria that caused an error last week? Shouldn't take so long for a reply.

I see so many posts with fangirls crying about IF being unfair with their respective shows by not giving them enough articles and thus effectively pulling down their shows in ranking . Do they even realise none of that matters?
