I can't post or comment, it denied.. Help me

I can't access any thing.. Only log in my account but after that i can't post, comment or like any on IF.. If i post ir comment then IF info reads as:
"Only members with sufficient permission can access this page.

This function is not available as you are using an IP address or range that is not permitted.
Please contact the forum administrator if you feel this is in error."..

I can't access anything it denied.. Plz help me and yeah it happens from my laptop an computer.. I can comment and post frm my cell but in it its not all possible so i wanna access my IF account from laptop.. Plz help me and my windows is 7.. Plz admin help me..

I think groupbies are not allowed more then 20 posts

i post it through my mobile...and i can post from my cell but can't from laptop..
