How to tell who blocked my PMs?

Does anyone know how to know who has blocked you? Every time I try to send a PM to a group of 20, it says it didn't work because I'm blocked by...then it doesn't show the name! Or do I have to manually send PMs to see who blocked me? 😆
Also, why are some people in my friends list red, some blue, and some white?
Forums confuse me...

i maybe wrong...but i guess the one who blocked you will no longer appear in your buddy list.
I Feel the problem u r facing currently is coz one(or more)member(s) whom u try to pm, have their pm inbox(es) full n unable to receive any pm. Unfortunately, if this is d case, one is left with no choice but to find it out through trial n error method.
