Hi All,

As you all know India-Forums started as a blog and today its a multi-forum covering all the popular channels and has been continously evolving with time. There might have been time where we might have missed out something or should have done few things differently.

Without going much deep into that I would just like to assure you all that I will be going through all the posts in this thread and will be discussing with my fellow senior DT members and figure out a long term solution and have a system in place which will be more transparent which removes the doubt of us being biased.

I know that you all have waited long and would just ask you all to have little patience while we discuss and sort this issue.

I would also like to add that while you are making suggestions please dont be rude to any other Dev Team member as they are also volunteering just like the coolbies to make sure that India-Forums remains a vibrant community and they have really worked hard to ensure India-forums remains a healthy discussion forum..

Thanks you Vijay Sir for supportive reply, and we assure you to have Patiencefull , pls Sort the problem out with Long term solution.
As Gagan(Skylight) mam suggested , that there should be a New Ladder group named "Workbie" or "Trainiebie" which will contain members who are Eligible ,who had done hardwork, who are active, who really deserves ,neglecting their silly mistakes( that they will never Repeat again nor repeated) which they had done, who organised posts and done everything as stated in "How to Join DT??" to be Viewbie, and then give them Training and proper guidence,so that New members like us can get their required results which we deserve. I hope our hardwork will not get neglected again now. We strongly believe in You Vijay sir, Priya mam, Shruti and Aahaana thats why our Expectations are wide from you guys.

And again I'm repeating Honorable Admins,
pls neglect the mistake of members as we All are Humans ,and Nobody is perfect. And if the member apolised and didn't repeated again but he/she had done Every hard work to be Viewbie then their hardwork should not go in Drains for their mistake. They should get training as suggested.
