good job Mini. although i couldn't vote and take part in the banner contest due to some reasons. But still i'm waiting for the new banner to be updated ... it is necessary coz participant did lot of hard work and moreover if it is delayed the future banner contests cannot be successful.

Agreed. We've had the banner contest's results declared since quite a while, but the winner's work has not been put up yet. I too request the admins to please look into this, and have it done ASAP. 😊

Thank you mini for opening this thread. I came on line today after a huge break and saw the old banner and was wondering.

I think, for a very active net forum like IF, there are responsible people who can update stuff when the concerned individual is missing for more than a month. Otherwise IF would not have been a popular forum for fans of various serials simultaneously.

Something like an individual not doing the assigned job need not be an excuse for small but significant updates to be put on hold. Otherwise some other forum can have a upperhand even if it is for a very short time.

SO the admin must do the needful by rising to the occasion.

I noticed this kind of delay maximum time in banner contest...
At first lots of time has taken to held a banner contest & after that when the time is for new banner up...it takes lots of time...
Why such delay occurs to update the new banner ??
I am not telling about only CID forum rather for all forum...
