That feature has been on I-F for years now. When you check the topics in 'My last 10 topics' list , you can see a small arrow next to the topic's name. (Circled in the pic below)

If you move your mouse over the arrow , you will get to know who has posted last in the topic and at what date and time. You may have seen that text (also known as Alternate Text or Associated Text which is displayed when an image fails to load) instead of the arrow image maybe because the arrow image did not load properly . :)

But Js Have Look At The Screenshot Saraa Has Posted

Every Post Shows Who Has Commented Last Time In That Topic

Without Even Pointing The Cursor On The End Arrow 😕

^^ Yes, that may have happened because the arrow image failed to load. As I said the associated Text is displayed when the image fails to load , so that's what it is.
