i wished to offer my suggestions if im allowed too. :)
i do understand that its hard to differentiate between real-spammers and fast-posters.
In my opinion we can easily resolve this problem.
If you can set a no-time constraint for members above a stipulated ladder status (say for instance dazzler here), then in my view the problem is by and large solved. The reason is very simple..that the real spammer's spamming posts are thrashed as soon as it comes to notice...so these spammers would never be able to read reach a dazzler status! And if non-spammers resort to spamming then that can easily be noticed and the DT can take appropriate action. The thing is that a dazzler would would very rarely resort to spamming as after making 3000posts, IF turns out to be a second home man! 😃 Also there are rules and warnings if we resort to spamming. We people should not be allowed to suffer at the cost of few unscrupulous spammers.
