1) Please do not spam the forum. Spamming forums means repeatedly making topics in the forum...usually if you make like 4-5 a day and all a person is to see if topics by like one person it maybe considered spamming..unless of course thats the only member on the forum.... spam is also making posts of one word or like 2 or 3 words, posting an emoticon only...etc...PLEASE do NOT spam

Also thinking that respected actress looks like man and therefore is a transvestite; is an insult to her. You insulting her looks and her voice and t clear violation of the I-F rules. You should know by now that Indian Television is not progressive. Except for groundbreaking Maryaada, there are not LGBT characters in the shows. Your topics on random characters could be gay could be considered spam.

2) Please do not BASH. Bashing is a SERIOUS issue on all of IF! Do not BASH any ACTORS or couples or characters even! Bashing usually causes strife amongst members and results in rude and hurtful posts. Do not bash any other members on the forum. Just do not bash period. Do not say anything hurtful, rude. Constructive criticism is always allowed but you have to keep it CONSTRUCTIVE. Thats the point in these types of criticism. It gets a point across without being hurtful or rude to anyone. Do not bash creatives of the show...etc.

Also here is another rule that you have broken with you topic titles:

3)Do not write in all CAPS. It is considered shouting on the forum even if you do not meant it to be.

I am not homophobe. I love watching Maryaada and one my favorite characters is Garavu ( a gay man). One of my favorite couples on american tv show is Kevin and Scotty ( a gay couple). I have watch many episodes of an American Soap - All my Children, who had a front-burner lesbian couple.

I am also fine with gay marriage. But thanks for trying. You are just deflecting on the issue by again insulting me.

we all come log into IF after school,college, work...to have fun and talk about our shows... Please read all other posts ...where This one member basically insulted all of us and our culture.

Criticizing/POV is perfectly fine..I myself always said that Sandhya's acting is not up to the mark...but I said it it a normal/peaceful manner... If you see this poster's Long posts or go to other threads started by other member of DABH forum...you will see how under the guise of a superiority complex this angelic member has viciously attacked us and frankly our India..

We all are here on a fictional show forum...and we might never meet each other...why would so many adults gang up on an unknown member? No...we have no problems with angelbud if he actually criticizes the characters or criticizes the direction...but we are not ready to take listen to this 'self proclaimed' great actor pass rude comments on our country or culture or be told that we are racist ...there are flaws in every country..I as an Indian know the flaws of my country...and also the flaws of other countries...but THIS is not the right place to instigate a political discussion

we all have flaws...but , none of us here have any energy or time to gang up on someone just for stating their opinion...we are outraged because we are tired of dealing with snobbery... we live in a global world...every country has its strong and weak points...Living in another country does not give any one the right to criticize India --that too on a Fictional soap forum. What if this member had criticized another country?

Thankyou for that diagnosis that you so eagerly found! Justifying the fact that you don't have relevant answers to my posts with this kind of rational is nothing more than a really pathetic attempt to gain credence on here!

You clearly lie and also try to turn opinions of people like bamboo when we both know that I did not "write sexual stuff" It was indeed yourself that was being homophobic and bias! I find your above post a perfect example of the kind of abuse i have had to tolerate from you yet I still had the decency to not fabricate things for my own ends unlike yourself! You never kept to the point about DABH as most of you on here did not! Why wouldn't everybody have access to all the posts on here? The whole point of the forum is so you can read others posts! Its not just about you and a few friends!

This behaviour is bullying and unfair! I have talked about relevant facts on my posts and its not fair to keep doing this over and over!!

How exactly have i insulted you culture? You state "this is not the place to instigate a political discussion" yet DABH is totally political with its themes of "terrorism". Lets face it the lead female had her mum and dad killed hideously by a mindless terrorist attack!! If that is not political then what is! This show is therefore clearly not a show that wouldn't get this kind of response from viewers! it is very provocative with its "bloody Americans" and "bloody English" comments in episode one! It is tackling very relevant issues with the forced marriage! Why cant I talk about this when its in the show!! My "superiority complex" came about on here as a defence mechanism to sublimate the abuse and ignorance of the matter that posts like the above have against me! Why because I asked if a character was a Homosexual! What on earth is wrong with that? Do you not allow homosexuals to have freedom in India then? Is it something to be bullied for?

Why cant you just realise that people have opponions about others culture just as DABH did and still does! I have been slandered over and over on here for being from the UK and one of the posts had to be removed by a moderator as it was literally threatning my life!! Why because i say that women have rights to live in freedom as the do in the Uk! Because women have the right to choose their future as the do in the UK!! Because women have the right to emerge from under the tryannany of a system that you yourslef call the "flawers of my country" It is television that changes things and i beliedve that you dont realise that Star Plus acquiring shows like DABH is actually trying to do this in a subtle way just as it did with the Gulaal!

How do you know that things cant change for women because of these shows! Why cant you all support my points and we can discuss the real feelings this show brings up in people! Or is it that people like the safety of the projection of theirs fears and longings for freedom into the charactor that they are utterly obsessed with Sandhya, infuriating you when anyone says anyhting against her! Your identification with her suffering easing your own!! That is the therapeutic value of drama if you didn't know!! My point is that its clear that DABH is using this example to try and instigate change on a subtle level!

Of course when you watch Sandhya your heart goes out to her, whose wouldn't? She's breaking down in every episode constantly crying through her marriage which indeed should be a joyous time! Yea the MIL is enjoying every minute and cant wait to get her home can she! It reflects life and people want to talk about these things! My country had been insulted by you guys that have ganged up on me over and over! This is gang mentality and we all know what happens with that! Its-not rational at all!

I love India and I am actually learning two of your dialects for the research on my role for a film im making! I love Star Plus cant you all see that? I have never ever insulted India! I have just pointed out like you have the flaws as reflected in DABH!! I can also point out flaws in my country as well! Why cant we all just get along!!

I believe this bullying of me is actually therapeutic for you all. Its clear you are venting some of the anger you clearly all feel towards the system but cant show it because of an indoctrinate you have had to swallow! I don't mind your bullying if that is the case as I understand its underpinning relevance to the healing that can take place in you selves! However please be mindful that in doing so you are all creating your own negative return of Karma! Hating anyone transmits a vibration that only affects the person who has it! That is a fact when viewed through the theory of relativity! "like attracts like!" does it not!

I am happy the global moderator has been contacted. It's sad that Angelbud doesn't realize that he is wrong in insulting us. Hopefully he will learn one day how speak to others. Also hopefully he will learn what is appropriate to post and what is not.
