problem with commenting on a celebrity's profile

Hi whenever I am about my to post a comment on a celeb's profile its doesnt post a comment and says u cant post more than two times a day and all that...but i havent even posted a comment on the celebrity's profile so why am i facing such messages that you can comment only 2 times...can somebody help me
