Thank you for taking the time to look into this issue; we appreciate it. I still find it unfair that they have done this because if they were going to only count the votes as per IP address then why did they instructed us to vote every 30 minutes. They should have said one vote. They can't say one thing and do something else. In addition, on this week poll they didn't clarify that it's 1 vote. The fans have taken their time to vote non-stop every 30 min (some took time from work/from family/ from school work); hence we just wanted to be respected.

thank god at last we got a reply.but i still did not understand his saying that they had received multiple votes from one user id.of course we can post 2 comments on profile and every photo right?even then it would be counted as one?

hey mansi...this is regarding wassup polls only...in there polls we were able to post comments every 30 minutes...now vijay is informing us that multiplecomments by the same id was the issue...but that was never told to us before...

Thanx for answering back Vijay. We understand the sentiments as well, but this was never an issue in the past so why did it suddenly become an issue this time around? We were never told of this being a problem and were told we could vote every 30 minutes and so we did. We would like to know when this rule would come into effect so that we can vote and are not allowed to vote more than once. But the fact that we spent a lot of time dedicated to making our favourite star win really made us felt betrayed by the Wassup team. Hoping to see the changes in effect soon and fair voting polls!

But i think as early as the issue is solved it's better...

we hav put our valuable efforts,time,energy...to make our fav one the winner...

but when the judgement is not fair...😡

it really hurts...

when the poll was started...not in a single epi it was mentioned tht...we cannot vote multiple time...& Even no rules was there for voting...😕

so we still need the recount of tht...Poll...😃

Thank you for the reply Vijay.

But we are still a little confused as to the rules of the voting system on wassup, and your point of multiple votes from a single ID.

If we are not supposed to vote more than once from a single ID, the why does it accept our votes every half hour?

Kindly clarify the same and program it in such a way that our votes are accepted only once.

Also please specify the rules and let us know once the new voting system is in place, so that we get fair results an there is no room for any more complaints.

Please undertand that all of us are stressing on this so much becuase we have already put in and invested our efforts and time on this for many weeks, and it hurts to see it all going to waste!

We expect a positive response from you regarding this😊
