They do, its sometime hard to reply to each and every pm, but action according to PM is taken. Or u can always PM an other DT member, if u feel what u wanted didnt happend.

same prob is thr in cfc section....! no mod is available n mango i pmed her.. like a month ago n she hasnt replied n even read the pm 😕

bcz of her exam she is quit busy, you can PM *shruti* as she is very active GM of I-F and helpful DT:)

Please be patient as the Dev team team stuff is a long process until then u can pm any GM,Or the DT member of that Section and if they don't reply they must be busy or they'll reply soon and U can always PM another DT member
