Can we please have our rights to 'LIKE' back? - Page 3

@Vijay- if this is done for HOF then i wld like to mention ppl don't come to IF to appear in HOF they come here to discuss their fav shows ...... i really don't think ppl even bother to appear in HoF, even u know so

I do not get the purpose of restricting the "like" button. I fail to see the logic. We are "liking" the content of the post not the "poster". 😆 I have clicked "like" posts by posters I don't "like"😈 This is turning the "like" into a popularity contest. Who has max friends, who like their posts. Is that the naya funda of IF? To get us to make friends🤣 If so, I guess I ve a head start - except I don't know all of the 400 plus people I am buddies with🤔 I know about 15-25 well and another 100 kinda....my relationship with rest r thanda.... does that mean i fail in the friend stakes? And have to become a better friend? Errm I don't think i want to!

P.S. the first time I left "India Forums" - I was at the top of the HOF.... am still in the top, though less active.... I did not care a "FIG" about it then and I still don't give a FUDGE. Those who care need to get a LYF!

Why is this new thing introduced where members can't 'LIKE' more than 10times a day?? Most of us spend hours discussing over here and we might really really like some posts more than 10times a day isnt it? This aint being fair... There seems absolutely no fun without the 'LIKE' tab!🤣 Some Forums can be exempted from the Hall of Fame but we want the LIKE option to be restored please! Members don't care about being in Hall Of Fame but please give us this ability to atleast Like the posts we really like....😒

And btw I do LIKE all the posts in this topic but I'm not able to LIKE....🤔🤣

this is THE MOST stupidest, and ridiculous rule, EVER. It's beyond pathetic. Why did you put the "Like" button in the first place? And yeah, if this was because of the HOF, well, no one really cares if they're in or not. We come here to our forums, not to see the HOF.

I really do not understand this rule. How exactly do you expect us to keep track of how many times we press like for whom? We come to IF to relax. If you are going to make is so hard for us that we have to maintain an excel spread sheet alongside to keep track of how many times we clicked like on whose post, the whole purpose of hanging out with friends and relaxing is lost and not fun anymore.

The other alternative is to click unlike on an old post of that friend and like the newer one. Where is the fun in that.

If your concern is HOF, make a rule that if they are there one week, you cannot be there the next. That way everyone gets a chance. 😃
