the admins are inactive till the 29th...till then...i suggest u take a seat back.. Ms.- i- am-four-decades-older, since at this age, you have nothing better to do than argue.

BTW - how brown is yer nose??!! Finally! I understand the awkward stance of the Admin. team .. it MUST get awful uncomfortable to have all your proboscises up their arses .. on a regular .. diurnal basis!!! 😉

Guys this thread is not for CHATTING , or making digs at DT / each other , In spite of posting earlier the mocking hasn't stopped, I am still not wanting to close this but please try to understand that if this unnecessary mocking/chatting continues , I will have no option but to close this thread. Please consider this as last request. 😊 Vijay will be back by tomorrow or day-after , till then I request you guys to be patient please ! :)

I dont understand why we u keep re-saying the same over and over again..

As told before IP checks is only allowed to admins and Gms..

CMs can only check their own channels and mods their own forums.

No one has time enough to go around and check IP and use them against someone.. (IN CASE THIS HAPPENDS: do report to a GM oR CM of the following channel)

Ur PMs cant be seen by anyone else than ur self. Not either the admins can check them..

!! We the admin and GMs and CMs can go and edit ur information as signature ( In case abusive/violence used in signature box)

Everyone "means" also the DT are NOT allowed to break the rules, rules are for ALL; and ALL means every member on India-forums including DT.

I knw it has been a major problem that DT does not reply back to PMs, but try instead pming the CM or incase an other DT member u see around. (SOmetimes we are also busy with personal work/college etc)

Recently we have seen a lot topics on DT and how bad they are etc. ANd topics are normally closed, bcs if u have a problem with a member of DT then try talk it out insstead of create issue openly, sometimes mistakes happends, even by DT.

Mostly we try to solve the problem then just close the topic, but a lt time, no one listens and keeps bashing or create huge issue out of nothing and then we cant do anything else then close the topic. Its hard to tell 100 people to follow something and try to make them believe whats true when u r 1.

Again if u find anything wrong done by a DT do pm it to the GMs or a CM and we will try help u as much as possible

Also as said that "ALL Mods does something wrong", I dont think any of u can prove that ALL does something wrong. Again u guys have maybe seen 1 or 2 Mod do something wrong and then fast accused everyone. Or heard from someone else about a mod and then made a conclusion that the following Mod is wrong.

No one other than admins and Gms have the power to ban. and by giving out IP check powers to the DT, we have made the GMs work easier and also or own, so we dont need to wait for GMs reply everytime we have a small question about MID.

"No action will be taken. As the only job we (Mods) do is ................. 'Close Topics' .... "

"Other than that we (Mods) dont know anything. Although Bhattar knows , but then, he doesn't cares about all of it."

So we can relax and continue mocking DT and any other we wish to. Its decided that DT will never work and keep on praising themselves for managing "HARD" members. 🤪

So I'm gonna file a petition now .. 😛 "Remove all the Mods, they're of no use anyways!"

why wait for an incident to happen??😕 (given that there have already been a few instances)

why cant admins just hide information that is not relevant to these mods? why make this place a safety hazard?

there has been an incident where a moderator has posted sensitive info about a member on this forum sometime back by checking the IP.andit has been reported.that moderator was not even demoted after 2 full dedicated threads of complaints against her.she chose to "step down".we are all familiar with the justice system of this forum.its a miracle the site still thrives on vengeful people like the above mentioned mod.in any other forum,lawsuits would have been filed against cyber bullying and stalking.and please stop repeating the same lines over and over again.and kindly read the posts on this very thread.they have all discussed the same issue.WE DONOT WANT THE DAMAGE TO HAPPEN FIRST AND THEN REPORT.WE DONT WANT THE DAMAGE TO HAPPEN AT ALL.how do i know the GM/admin is not a creepy vengeful stalker?how do i know that person is sane at all?not like i can see through my lappy who's getting a good look at my IP.

we DONT WANT A BUSY DT.WE WANT A DT THAT IS AVAILABLE.if you are too busy to reply to the pm,then youre not suited for the job.period.we dont want a DT who looks at our IP and decides to close the thread with some colorful expletives.anyone can do that.why need a DT for it?

👏exactly.send the DT a pm,never get a reply coz they are too busy to reply.problem solved.how convenient! why dont you change the basic rule that a DT member is a cut above the members?they are not.from what iv seen,most of them dont even match up to a 3 year old kid's intellect.i promise you that every member on this thread and henceforth would create all open topics on the DT and never bother to send a pm to a DT anymore.you think complaining has never solved this issue,and a pm is gonna solve it?the most the DT will do in this case is send the member a warning pm/ban him/her if he/she gets too annoying.you think that is the solution to a problem?then you are disillusioned,as much as the rest of them.

ban me.i dare you.i could give a rats bottom to you/anyone else banning me.if youre so concerned about MIDs,use the MID detector i posted on this very thread.but ur not,ur simply interested in knowing my personal details.

I dont know why u keep taking stuff from past, I know what happend in the past was not supposed to be happend, bt since then we are trying our best to learn from our mistakes and pretend it to happend again..

Second I think u are aware of that India-forum has over million of members, in such a big place damages happends, and it all does NOT only lies on our shoulder, whatever happends, happends cuz 2 people are involved, and everytime the DT have been accused for doing wrong. We do accept that things has gone wrong, but again blaming one side for what happend isnt the easiest way. Its really easy for u all to blame us, but I dont think any of u knows what we deal with each and every day. We spend a lot of our time on India-forum to make this place a plce where everyone can chat, enjoy and have fun, but some members spoils it all, and mostly it ends with DT having the fault.

I think u should try put your self in our place and see what we are going through daily. We spend hours on discussing how to solve problems, but u guys cant see it,. as we dont do it openly. A lot of times we have a few members in each forum who makes such problems and ends up being banned, WHY?? cuz they are the one who starts everything, (in MOST cases they are MIDs) and does all ths so they can get members against the DT: Using them as example is nt the best idea.

Instead of keep blaming us, try open up and READ what we are writing, I know it really hard to accept the truth when u have made an opinion about someone first. And I also know telling the truth and make members believe it is also hard, its much easier to believe what other says and go with them.

Again and again why should we be interested in knowing ur details , since I have got acces to IP details, I have once checked a members details, and that was also to see if the member was a celebrity(who she claimed she was), and thats all. its takes a lot time to check a members details, (which are only which country the member is frm and city , thats all. ) we cant see ur adress or who u live with or in which school /college u go. SO I dont understand why it keeps coming up, that we can SEE ur details , and mostly already show most of their details on their profiles. which can be seen by EVERYONE.
