Trashing of threads - Page 3

Neha: I'm getting the feeling that the thread was trashed cuz we weren't jumping in joy over MJHT's one year anniversary and instead were pointing out the obvious bias and substandardness of the show....such things are obviously not allowed on IF......they need to rename it India FANCLUBS.....What's the point of calling it a forum now?? Cuz apparently if there are creatives lurking around on IF, their oh so delicate feelings get hurted after reading FACTS of that sort....we are being told to just shut down our brains and enjoyyyyyyyyy....that's all that's left to do :-)

Caro, have you read the latest message from Gautam ji a.k.a. Chiruji in the forum?? Check out Gagan's sticky post.....should explain everything....I can see why they trashed Manali's post now....some 'special' ppl's feelings were getting hurted.

Why would I or any Mod trash Manali's post when I personally promised Manali that I will show her thread to Mr. Gautam?

Gagan, I was not referring to the MJHT mods firstly when I was talking about the mods who've trashed/moved or whatever to that thread.....I still think it's quite pathetic that the thread has been moved without any explanation or whatsoever and I don't find it to be a co-incidence that Gautam ji is mentioning in his speech that no one appreciates the hard work that goes behind the show etc. etc and there are a million and one ppl ready to jump down the throats of the 'haters' in the MJHT forum.

I'm sorry if you felt I was pointing fingers at you...that was not my intention at all.

I had repld regarding this to you y'day itself and did ask for a Day to get this issue resolved as when this issue came to me Gagan and DB were'nt online and i could'nt reply to you or take action without their consent.
We were aware of the type of discussion that was going on in that post and we ourselves allowed the thread there, And If Mr. Gautham or any other Creative had been the reason for it getting moved then i suppose that thread would not have lasted even for a day in the forum

As it is i think people dont trust us now and even us saying that we would settle this down wont please you ... from our side we would do our best and would try to sort this as soon as possible

@Preeti,Gagan: Please don't think we are blaming you- we are SURE that this topic trashing has nothing to do with MJHT Mods, we trust you. I actually opened this topic even before PMing you & Gagan n I opened it in this section particularly because I kind of guessed it was not the MJHT Mods but the Global Mods who would have trashed the topic. Quite honestly, I felt that whenever the DT of MJHT section has trashed some topics, it was self-explanatory . We might have argued against you people sometimes , questioning the reason behind closing down or warnings being served in some of the topics but as far as trashing the topics is concerned, I can safely say that seldom have I seen MJHT Mods trashing a topic when it did not NEED to be trashed. So please do not get the idea that we are holding you guilty- we know you guys are looking into this issue & trying to do the best you can, we definitely appreciate that & are ready to wait for you to get back to us on this. Also, I clearly mentioned on the first page of this thread that the MJHT Mods could not have been responsible for this topic being trashed,
