I had to read up on the difference and you are right. I suppose they were trying to simplify as most people have heard of IVF but not IUI. But it's a completely different process. I'm not even sure why Alia is going for that since it's less effective. But anyway, the way they showed the whole process was sketchy af. I mean, the nurse didn't even ask Sarang for ID, so you can hardly expect accuracy when it comes to the technicalities.
