Haina?! I still rmb my mum's puzzled face. 😆 I was unable to control and started screaming why the hell is she smiling omg! Hahahaha! I watch and watched a lot of shows before and Indian TV is well known to butcher characters along the way. So I almost thought they have done that. I was so so relieved when she threw the ball. Hahahahaha it's truly one iconic scene now.


He and the people around him would have anyway got her married to Siva. Remember, that lady said we dont care what she or her family thinks or Wants. You like her so we'll get her married to you. I don't think she'll mellow down that easily. She'll still be arrogant with them but will stay back to get back the documents.



I really hope they keep her intact that way. The way she gave back to the two sisters was weirdly good. Even though Satya is nicer towards Sakthi, Sakthi can't forget that she is still Shiva's sister afterall. Kanak was a lot nicer to Saras and clearly became more closer when she used to fight for Saras's rights as a sister. I liked that Sakthi was consistent with her hatred throughout. And she mellowed down a little by taking blessings from Shiva's mother only because she has to stay there get her papers and leave from there. I can't wait to see Sakthi caring for Shiva's Mother though. Kanak and Maasa shared a beautiful bond. Infact they were more closer than Uma and Maasa. For that have to wait for long time.

I find the sisters cute though...
but all the actors in the Hindi version were something else! The sisters, the brothers, the lead pair, Palome (Madhura), everyone!

I kind of like Satya only for now. But I think for Nitya I'll probably like when she will later warm up to Sakthi. But they are definitely average looking. Hahahaha! Especially for Satya her big lips are distracting. And obviously! Everyone in TSMSP were phenomenal! Loved everyone there! Even the devil Adi who turns good in the end. My favourite is the youngest Brother. Omg his Long eyelashes! Hahaha! I don't like Palomi or Meera as much and that's only and only because they were after Uma, who was only meant for his Kanak.😆

I didn't like Payal much when she took revenge on Kanak for Uma. When she will support the bad side during Saras and Vansh wedding and putting the blame on Kanak, thinking that would separate Uma and Kanak(for her own good). Which was sad cos Kanak and Uma were starting to grow close to each other that time. Especially after Kanak admitting to Uma that she came back the third time to him wholeheartedly. If they follow that track and Sidhu forcefully getting married to Satya, then can expect Rekha to do the same.

Same here!! I too want her to be nice to Shiva's mother. She obviously is the most innocent party in Shiva's family. Ofcourse I think it will gradually happen. Sakthi is mean to the people who did bad to her(be it Shiva or the family that supported the situation, including the village people who didn't question) and especially since they don't matter to her at all so she is like that to them. She views Shiva's mother the same way since she loathes everyone associated with a Shiva). I don't see any wrong in her behaviour. It's completey justified. But the gradual change will happen as truth gets revealed and she starts seeing how they are all under the influence of Chitti.


Contrary to the Hindi version, here Rekha has seen how forcefully Siva married Sakthi, despite all her attempts to escape (Kanak was silent throughout and Payal wasnt present during the wedding) so I dont think Rekha is gonna turn villi. Unless of course, situations arise and she sees inequality (like when Uma tried to send Kanak to her family during the brahmachari track but dint let Payal do the same)



Ahhh yesss! That's where the difference lies. Either way Rekha importance will come to fore in future only. I was wondering what made the actress choose this role. There was a separate track for Vansh-Saras even but not much for Ved-Payal. So I thought despite being quite pivotal she won't get much screenspace. The actress is already doing a show that has her in the same capacity. So I thought why she would choose Rekha. If she was given a choice between Rekha and Satya, she could easily chosen Satya instead. She looks good and could try for leads even. Maybe she wasn't offered, I don't know.

I've always admired Madura's beauty, since Kis Desh days 😳 bit I hate her onscreen characters, esp in Iss pyaar ko! 😆

She is very very pretty! That's why it was very hard initially for some forum members that time to warm up to Kanak-Uma. Whereas thankfully here it's made easier cos of the one playing Asha now. No offence to the actress but yeah u get what I mean. And wow I had no idea MN was in IPK. Well tbh I only followed season 3 and only and only for Barun Sobti.[/B]

The subplots differ from the original I guess.

IPK is the season 1 only. You gotta watch it! I dint like the other seasons.

She is not a looker per say but is doing a decent job and the character itself from original was one of my most fav characters besides the leads. Nitya, not so much. I too never liked Suman until Kanak helped her and she changed ship to Kanak from Palomi. She was irritating there and here also Nitya is damn annoying. But Sakthi is giving it back to her fully! I liked Shiva-Sakthi scene too but there is something unnatural about the chemistry there. Thankfully promo was better chemistry wise! I'm praying they show more Shiva-Sakthi scenes!! And offscreen bites too! They need to be comfortable with each other then we can see natural flow of chemistry. They physically look good together. So a little push and they can engage audience.

Exactly! The show is an addiction!

Sometimes the music's volume is higher than the dialogs, thus it gets difficult to understand what they're saying lol. Their chemistry gets better and better thankfully :D

Kanak was very calm and homely compared to Shakthi! 😆. I'm expecting so much from her tomorrow when chitti pours water on her!

I used to skip Saras scenes after her marriage :/
But I like Sathya, she has the same character as Siva.

But I love those flashback scenes with Sakthi and her brothers. Again I absolutely love Ved and Vansh more, but Kannan and Siddhu are not bad too. Brothers sister chemistry is working out! I kinda liked Vansh-Saras scenes though😕😆More so when Saras becomes modern.😆

PS: I understand your dilemma. Hopefully Vijay TV stops obsessing over non Tamil speaking actors. Bad lip sync might have put u off.

PPS: I'll be off again since I need the time to rest ALOT!
