HOLLAND VS URUGUAY

GERMANY VS SPAIN ( this is going to be exciting)

@ShadowKisses - i'm conveniently overlooking how flawed the spanish gameplan overall was ... to celebrate for a bit =)

Frankly, casillas lent them far too many lives, and even when they did score it was persistent, not swift!

i for one don't feel inclined to kiss villa's hand! Ramos was ACTIVE on the field, iniesta sure caused that goal to happen, but there were too many unforgivable chances he previously missed ...

paraguay's prime strength lay in warding off goals - throughout the torunament - it was NOT in putting through goals ... germany however, cannot be expected to show such kindness ... i also don't trust spain on counter attack, not enough anyways ...if germany score first, which is let us admit quite a probable preposition at that, spain's composure to persist staying in the game will matter, greatly, and they haven't shown the best mettle at that so far (switzerland spain anyone?) ... i'm going to struggle and put thinking about the semis aside until the game day ...

meanwhile, i feel for cardozo ... majorly ... paraguay was predominantly the better side today ... that is, minus the luck factor ...

Paraguay were really good, disappointed for them. Cardoza was inconsolable at the end!!!!

Spain vs Germany semi final is gonna be excellent...3 EUROPEAN teams in the semi's is awesomeee...

... and so the mighty titans fall one by one - until none but the dicey underdogs Uruguay are left to carry forth the 'latum legacy' into the 2010 semis!!! ...

Who would've expected URUGUAY to be in the semi's of the world cup. And its surprising to think that this is Spain's first world cup semi!!!!

Spain's game was veryyyy iffy today. But, personal bias always gets precedence over logic, hence, I'm happy for Spain 😆. On the other hand, I worry for their match with Germany. If their game is going to be as lackluster as today, sorry to say but Germany will easiy score >4 goals against Spain. Spain needs to do more abt passing the ball actively. So, Germany vs. Spain..I vote for Germany

Now, Holland vs. Uruguay. Holland beat Brazil. Enough said, I guess :) Still, quite an achievement for Uruguay 👏

May the best teams win..and then we can look fwd to the finals.
