When Aryan and team entered the minister's house they saw a literal storm brewed up there…. 😡

Files were strewn all over the hall and officials were checking everything… Other officers were going from room to room checking things, bringing files and items for verification!

At the far end of the hall Aryan saw the minister sitting on a swing surrounded by his family members… Been early his supporters had not assembled and that was good for the team…. 😕

The Minister sat glaring at all that was happening… His anger increased seeing Aryan and his team there…. 😡

Hastily he got up and striding over to him asked angrily…..

Minister: Ab ye kya hai? Income tax log aaye hain… Wahi mujhe achcha nahi laga… Ab Special Squad kyun? Khoon hua hai kya yahan? 😡

Cool as ever Aryan answered… 😎

Aryan: Good Morning minister sir! Khoon hi hua hai… Desh ke imaan ka… Aur vo to humari maa se badkar hai, to uske kaatil ko pakadna humara kaam hai sir… Please aap jaake baithiye aur chai peejiye… Aur hume humara kaam karne dijiye…. (Saying Aryan looked over to a servant maid near by and said) Suno… (Looking at the minister😈) Sir ke liye chai… Nai… Thanda juice laana… Cool ho jayenge! (Looking at Ajay) Chalo Ajay!

Aryan ordered Ajay and Boxer to check the ground floor… Shotgun and himself took the first floor….

The minister looked on as Aryan went to the first floor and fumed… Just then servant maid brought a glass of juice and gave it to him… Without even looking at it he threw the tray and went back to his place… He was not even allowed to call anyone… All his land line connections were disconnected… Mobile phones were stubbornly taken away and switched off… 😡

The raid continued…. 👏



At the other end of the city.....

As Francis and his team entered the business tycoon's house, the scenario was totally different…

The environment was same where the Income tax people were raiding cupboards and shelves and ripping sofas searching for hidden places…. Files strewn all over the hall…

But the scenario different here was Sameer Chopra cool as a cucumber was seated on a sofa reading a magazine and drinking coffee…

When Francis entered the house, Mr. Chopra looked up and with genuine surprise asked… 😛

Sameer: I didn't know more officers were coming… Anyways welcome… Chai ya coffee? Aapke doosre officers ne to mana kar diya…. Aap to peejiye, warna bahar jaake keh denge ki Sameer Chopra ke ghar gaye the aur humari theek se khaatir daari nahi hui! 😳

Dipika looked at Francis raising her eyebrows who just looked on with an expressionless face… He then went forward and said…

Francis: Francis Ashokraj Expedite…. Special duty… Special Squad… (Indicating Dipika) Ms. Dipika Gosh… Acting Head… Special Squad!

Mr. Chopra raised his eyebrows and asked…

Sameer: Well well well! That's a surprise…. Mujhe nahi pata tha ki Special Squad assists in Income Tax raids too! 😈

Francis: (Smiling feebly) We don't! 😉

Francis nodded to Dipika and his team… Giving a challenging smile to Mr. Chopra he went off to the first floor… His team followed him….. 👍🏼

Mr.Chopra looked on as the team went up with an evil smile and turned back to reading his magazine….😈

First Floor……

Before Francis could say anything Raghu stomped forward and retorted…. 😡

Raghu: Francis kya ho raha hai? Do you even know how much influence Mr.Chopra has in the society… Vo bhale aadmi hain, helping people and runs many social organizations! Unpar itnaa bada ilzaam lagaya hai… It could cost us our career and lives you know! 😡

The whole team crowded around Francis and Raghu wondering where this was leading to!? 🤔

Francis lost his jovial attitude and turned to Raghu… With hatred in his voice said…. 😡

Francis: Our career and why life is not important than our Motherland! And Raghu... We in the profession don't think about lives.... We dedicate ourselves to our country and only then come to this profession.... 👍🏼 Tumhe pata bhi hai what we could get if our lead turns out correct? We are here to do our duty and Raghu you are here to follow orders… Understood? And now I order you to go to the room there (Indicating a room) and search… Not for money…. But for drugs…. Understood? I swear, agar yahan kuch nahi mila…. To… I… 😡

Dipika laid a hand on his shoulder to stop him from saying further… 😕

Francis looked on at each of his team and they immediately dispersed each taking a room… Neha and Zubin too went off downstairs again to search rooms there….

Raghu looked on as the team dispersed and fuming went off to a room on the first floor! 😡

Francis nodded to one room at the end of the floor and he and Dipika walked towards it….

It was the master bedroom, Sameer Chopra's and they knew they were less likely to find anything here because Sameer was not the person to keep important stuff in his bedroom where it would have access to anyone other than him... In this case his wife!

But still as need demanded Francis and Dipika started searching the room from each end… It was already in shambles because of the income tax raid… But they knew they had to search much more if they were expecting drugs to be found!

Francis was searching in the drawers near the bed, while Dipika started on the cupboards…. A furtive search of twenty minutes turned out nothing from the room…..

Dipika finished searching the room and stood looking around when her eyes fell on a suitcase on top of the cupboard….

Still looking at it, she called out to Francis who was checking the floors again….

Dipika: Francis! 😊

Francis: Dipika! What the???!?!? Wow! You called me by my name! See…. You couldn't resist! 😃

Dipika looked down at him hands on her hip and rolled her eyes towards heaven…. 😔

Dipika: (Softly) Dekho Vishal… Tumhe bhi pata hai aur mujhe bhi, ki gaadi me jo kuch bhi hua it was just for the sake… Hum such me lad nahi rahe the…. Ab doosron ke saamne to I will definitely not call you by your name… Ab yahan I have no choice, isliye bulaya! 😵

Francis: (Shrugging his shoulders) Whatsoever! You lost anyways! 😉

Dipika: Okay sir! Agree I lost… (Smiling) Lost to my best friend, so that doesn't matter! If you win I win!

Francis kept a hand over his chest and exclaimed….

Francis: Ah… What a friendhip! 😛

Dipika: (Widening her eyes) Vishal! 😳

Francis: (Laughing a little) Okay fine… Ab bolo kyun bualaya? 😛

Nodding Dipika indicated towards the suitcase and said….

Dipika: Vo upar jo suitcase hai… Get it down!

Francis looked up puzzled, hands on his chin with deep concentration said… 😒

Francis: Was it not checked? How could it be? Income tax people are thorough…. ❓

Shaking her head Dipika tapped his shoulder and indicated the dressing table stool below the cupboard…..

Dipika: Check kiya hai!? 😊

Francis grinned sheepishly and then asked…. 😃

Francis: To… Ab kya hua? ❓

Dipika hit him on his arms and said….

Dipika: Offoo…. Hume check karna hai naa… So please get it down… Main to upar chadke kaise leti?

Dipika indicated her bandaged hand….

Francis hit his head lightly and then climbing on the stool pulled out the suitcase and got down…

Placing it on the floor he opened it and commented…

Francis: Wahi to! They have checked it…. See it is all disordered… But guess they checked it on top itself and left it there! Tum ise check karo, I'll go out and see how the others are progressing!

Dipika nodded and knelt down the check the items… 😕

Dipika wondered about the different things kept in it… 🤔

There were some papers in it which were actually marksheets and degree certificates of some Vidhyant Chopra… Then a set of pant and shirt, goggles, a school diary…. And many odd items which was definitely of a boy….

Finally at the bottom Dipika came across an album… She didn't go through it thoroughly and just shook it for some papers… Finding none she put the album back in the suitcase… She was just about to close it when she noticed a pouch at the suitcase's top cover….😳

She stretched out the pouch and saw an envelope in it… She took out the envelope and opened it... She balanced the envelope in her left hand and tried to get out the contents... But since she couldn't hold it with her other hand they slipped on to the floor…

They were all photographs upside down….

Chiding herself she collected them and turned them over to have a casual glance….

The photographs once again slipped from her hands…. 😕

Thanks for the compliments Amna and do I take the gut thing as a challenge😉

As for the forum, I got it reopened till sunday Amna, to have a farewell.. I have requested the admin for suggestions to keep it open... Let's see what's their answer to this...😕
