Discussion table…..

Everyone was seated around the discussion table……

Sheela was seated in Dipika's usual place and Dipika occupied the next chair…. Others were seated in their places…. But as usual in a pretence that Dipika would not mind, Boxer made a move to stand near Vishal's chair….. But of course Dipika never had approved of this attitude of him to approve now….. So one stare from Dipika muttering he went to sit next to Ajay….. The whole team always had a treat seeing this…. So they couldn't help grinning…. Vishal too smiled…..

After settling down Sheela asked again….

Sheela: Mr.Vishal… Are you sure its okay here? I mean I am ready to answer any of your questions in the interrogation room…. 😊

Vishal: Ms.Sheela its perfectly okay…. Actually you are not specifically included in our list of suspects or witnesses as such…. Its just that you were there when the body fell down from the vent…. And you handled the situation there….. That's why… We had actually called you in the office to just ask you what happened after the body was found… Nothing much….

Sheela: (Crossing her legs smiling) Then its fine…. Actually I was a Chief Guest for the show…. When that particular dance was performed the body fell from the top…. A shock really… Everyone first thought it was some show gimmick or something…. Even I thought so to…. But when the dancers on the stage too became worried I hat to take control of the situation….

Vishal: Lekin Sheela ji… Jab Special Squad team wahan pahooncha tab aap wahan nahi the? ❓

Sheela: Oh… Yes… Maine kaha na ek Pune ka case hai…. Actually main wait karna chahati thi, lekin us case ke liye mujhe usi waqt Pune se call aaya and I ahd to leave....

Vishal: Please it was not because of suspicion we asked you… Its just that we wanted to be sure we didn't miss anything….

Sheela: Mr.Vishal its absolutely fine…. Kuch nahi….

Vishal: Kya us show ke douran kuch hua tha? Did you notice anything amiss?

Sheela: (Thinking) Well… Nothing… Everything was smooth until that body fell…. Excuse me…..

A phone ring was heard... Sheela took her phone and saw that it was hers….

Sheela: Hello…. Haan… Aap?

Hearing the other side Sheela sat straight in her chair…. Something was wrong…. She became tensed….. She gave a look around and spoke ferverishly….. 😔

Sheela: Tum kahan ho ab?

Sheela: Kisi aur ko pata hai tum kahan ho?

Sheela: Theek hai… Waheen rehena….. I will be there…. Kaheen mat jaana…. Kisi ko phone mat karna.... Main abhi aati hoon waha..... (Cajoling) Don't worry I will be there as soon as possible….. Cell ko switch off karna… Koi trace na kar dein tumhe….

After cutting the call Sheela got up hastily…. Everyone got up…. Even before Vishal could ask her what the matter was…..

Sheela: (Looking at Vishal) Excuse me…. I have to go…. Emergency hai…. Mere… Mere case ke silsile me….. Er… Informer ka phone tha….. Kuch aur chahiye to office me contact kijiye gaa....

Before anyone could ask or say anything Sheela was out of the office….

Surprised for a while each of them looked at the other….. Vishal spoke up more to himself than to others, thinking aloud….. 🤔

Vishal: That's weird….. She was relaxed first, but that call her made her so agitated…..

Dipika: Unhone kaha naa Vishal it was about her case…. Maybe something turned up…..

Vishal: (In a hard type of tone) Of course yes… Isliye to chali gayi…..

Saying this he went off to his cabin.....

The others wondered what the matter could be? ❓

Vishal was talking well to them but a little harsh to Dipika…. They didn't understand…. They saw it suitable to just silently dispersed off to their places….. 😕

Dipika looked at Vishal leaving stunned.... Vishal was talking to her like that? 😲 It was ages since he had spoken like that…. She didn't understand what was wrong….. Was he still upset about what had happened in the cabin? She decided to talk to him and went towards the cabin when the receptionist Rita came….

Rita: Madam…. Koi courier aaya hai Pune se…. Insist kar raha hai ki Vishal sir se hi milne ki instructions hain…..

Dipika nodded and went inside to tell Vishal…… But when she opened the door and looked at the table she saw that he was not there…. Wondering where he went Dipika turned and saw that Vishal was at Neha's place….. She went over there…..

Vishal was bent forward concentrated on the system… Neha was typing something….

Dipika: Vishal…..

Vishal had sensed her come but didn't respond….. Even now after her call he didn't turn back….. Dipika got irritated at this….. She wanted to know why this much hostility.…. 😡

Dipika: (A little stern) Vishal….. Pune se courier aaya hai… Tumhi se….

Dipika stopped….. She was talking to the air…. Hearing the word courier Vishal had just left the place…. Not even turning to see her…. To acknowledge her talk… Nothing…. She was getting frustrated with his attitude but more confused…..

Shaking her head she was about to go back to her cabin when she heard Neha exclaim…..

Neha: Oh….

Hearing her Neha went back to her and asked her….

Dipika: Kya hua Neha? ❓

Neha turned in her chair and with an excited voice said…..

Neha: Vishal said to trace Meena Mathur's cell… College going girl hai to zaroor cell hoga uske paas… Uske college database se phone number nikaalke trace kiya…. But it was switched off…. Phir Vishal ne kaha ki uske mobile number ke calls ko check karoon… She might have phoned her aunty…. Maine check kiya to kuch numbers mile the….. Jis din se vo gayab hui thi us din se usne frequently ek number pe contact kiya hai… Lekin abhi thodi der pehle usne ek number pe call kiya hai…. A different one….

Dipika: Kya? Just now… Kiska number hai? 😲

Neha: Pata nahi.... Wahi check karne waali thi…..

As Neha started to check the number when Vishal came with a parcel there…. Seeing them both concentrate on the system screen, he asked

Vishal: Kya hua?

Straitening Dipika looked at him and said what all Neha had said…..

Vishal: Oh… Neha jaldi karna…. We have to get her…. Saare suspicions usi ke taraf jaa rahe hain…

Seeing the parcel in Vishal's hands Dipika asked him…

Dipika: Vishal ye parcel kaisa?

Vishal looked up at her with a not-so-interesting look….. But this time his voice was soft enough….

Vishal: Maine kaha naa Pune ke Hotel Samrat me wahan ke police ne search ki thi…. Ye sab us victim Vineet Shah ke kamre me se mile the…. I am taking this to Shotgun for analysis.….

Saying this Vishal went off to see Shotgun…….

Dipika looked at him go and saw her watch…. It was nearing eleven O'clock…. It would be perfect time….

Dipika: Neha mujhe abhi nikalna chahiye….. I will be back before two though….

Turning around Neha stood up and asked confused…..

Neha: Dipika kaheen ja rahi ho? 🤔

Dipika: (Amused 😳 ) Neha…. Lunch time hone waala hai…. Aryan ko khaana dena hai naa…. Ghar jaake uske liye banana padega....

Then it striked Neha.... Of course.... Aryan's lunch!!! Well well… She was engrossed in her work that she didn't notice the time… But someone here seems to be aware of this time only…. Smiling a little she asked…. 😳

Neha: Late nahi ho jayegi? I mean… Abhi tumhe ghar jaana hai, phir kuch banake phir hospital jaana…

Dipika: Nahi Neha… Aryan ka lunch time hai sade ek hi…. Aur aaj ka menu doctor ne sirf daal chaaval kaha hai…. Again no spicy untill the doctor says…. So time hoga…. Subah hi preparations kar di hai… To jaake stove pe chadana hai bas….

As Neha nodded and Dipika was about to leave Ajay came there 😊

Ajay asked Dipika….

Ajay: Dipika mujhe ek baje tak permission chahiye….. 😔

Dipika and Neha looked at him weirdly… Till one?!?!? Was he mad?!?! They were in the middle of the case… Forensics work was over but investigators were always needed… When and how emergency may come up no one knows…. 😕

Dipika: (Sternly) Ek baje tak? Ajay…. Case ke beech aise….

It was now Ajay's turn to look at her amused…. Well…. He was going for Aryan only… And she is stopping him?!?!?

Ajay: Dipika…. Main Aryan ke lunch ke liye jaa raha hoon….

Dipika and Neha looked at each other even more stunned…. What the hell was he saying?!?! ❓

Neha: Aryan ke liye? Ajay kuch saaf saaf kahoge bhi ki kya baat hai?

Ajay: Neha…. Aaj subah maa ne kaha ki vo Aryan ke lunch bana degi… Isliye mujhe ghar jaana hai lunch leke hospital me deke aanaa hai… Isiliye to permission chahiye thi…..

Neha: (Angrily 😡 ) Ajay…. Tumne kuch kaha kyun nahi? Dipika ba ghar jaane hi waali thi Aryan ke lunch prepare karne…. Tum….

She stopped frustrated at that guy…. Sometimes she was amused that she had decided to love this guy and now even marry him….. He was just oh so irritating and frustrating…. 😕

Ajay: (Confused) Maine bataya nahi? 😕 Maina kaha tha naa subah jab Shotgun se baat kar raha tha….

Dipika fought herself to remain cool…. He had spoken to Shotgun and thought he had said to everyone…. What a guy?!?! 😉 But Neha was not so cool….. She burst out…

Neha: Ajay…. Shotgun se kaha to hume kaise pata hoga? 😡

Hearing her raise her voice Boxer who was seated in the next cubicle puched his chair back and looked at the commotion….

Ajay: (Still amused) Nahi… Main samjha…. 😵

Folding her arms across her chest Neha said…..

Neha: Sochte hi rahoge tum… Kuch kaam ke nahi…. Waise mummy ji ko pareshaan kyun kiya? Its not enough she has to do all the house work…. Abhi tak tumne kaam waali ka intezaam nahi kiya, naa? 😈

Ajay looked helpless and tried to justify himself…. Boxer came up from his place amazed at what was happening…..

Ajay: Neha maine kuch nahi kaha… Aaj subah Aryan ke baare me maa pooch rahi thi to maine kaha…. Aur unhone hi kaha she would make his lunch… Maine man kiya but she wanted to…. So I gave in…. Aur kaam waali bai…. Neha Mumbai hai… Milna mushkil hai…. Aur to aur ab kaam bhi hai… I have only weekends to search for one….

But Neha was not satisfied with any of his explanations…. She looked at him shaking her head…. 😳

Dipika tried to hold herself firm…. She didn't want to be there, but she was waiting to give Ajay his permission…..

Boxer tried to come to Ajay rescue…. Putting an arm around his shoulders he

Boxer: (Innocently) Neha Ajay theek hi keh raha hai…. Bechare ne bahut koshish ki… Ab kar raha hai…. Vo…

Ajay looked at him gratefully but Neha intervened him and said…..

Neha: Boxer tum is maamle me naa pado to hi accha hai… Hamesha someone comes to his rescue… This time he has to answer….. 😡

Hearing this Boxer put a finger on his mouth and stood just watching…. 🤪 Ajay again tried to reason him out… Out Neha was stubborn and not ready to forgive him this time….

Seeing their fight continuing Dipika decided to interrupt…. It was getting late….

Dipika: Guys…

Ajay and Neha didn't listened.… So in a little more raised voice she called out….

Dipika: Guys…

Now they stopped the roothna and manana and looked at her….

Dipika: Ajay I think it is getting late… Tum jao… Aryan… (Pausing a bit) Er… Maa ji tumhara wait kar rahi hogi….

Ajay looked at Neha helpless and just nodded silently… Neha was staring at him not happy with his actions….

Ajay looked at Boxer and went off from there meekly…. Boxer felt sorry for him and deciding to cheer him went with him to the office entrance….

Seeing them go Dipika and Neha went back to their work…. 😊

Walking to entrance with Ajay Boxer said….

Boxer: Maamu… Its okay…. Neha ka gussa mom jaisa hai…. Jaldi pigal jayegi....

Ajay: Are yaar Boxer… Main bhi kya karta… Itne dino se bai ki khoj kar raha hoon…. Pata nahi tha ki unke liye itna demand hoga… Jo bhi milte hain unki salary sunke to mera sir ghoom ho jaata hai… Aur uske upar se itne rules aur conditions…. Main soch raha hoon ki behter bai ka naukri main khud kar loon… No tension aur paise bhi bahut zyaada mil jaayenge….😆

Standing at the entrance Boxer chuckled at this but again said consoling….

Boxer: Aane ke baad Neha se baat karna…. Maan jayegi….

Ajay: Kitni baar manoon… Is baar to manegi hi nahi… Kal raat ko use itnee promises diya tha…. Ab to uska gussa sir chada hai… (Getting an idea) Haan Haseena se aaj kal vo bahut close hai.... Shayad vo meri madad kar de….😛

Saying he looked back at the place where Haseena usually sits….

Ajay: (Thinking aloud) Haseena nahi hai…. Come to think of it aaj poora din use nahi dekha…. Office nahi aayi kya?❓

Boxer: (Spontaneously) Nahi… Use Vishal ke fake office me kuch kaam tha… Wahan gayi hai… Aaj office nahi aayegi….😳

Surprised that Boxer knew about Haseena's whereabouts Ajay raised his eyebrows and asked…

Ajay: (Slowly) Boxeeerr…. Haseenaaa kahaaan hai… Yeeee tumheee…..😔

Boxer looked at him and inwardly hit his head…. Oh no… Why did he have to say it?

Boxer: (Thinking fast) Vo.. Vo… Vishal ko uska phone aaya… Maine uski baat suni…. (Then again) Vo lagta hai mummy bula rahi hai… Tum chalo time ho gaya… 😉

Saying this Boxer literally ran to escape from there…. Seeing him go Ajay thought…. "Vishal ki phone ki baat suni?!?!? Hmmm… No… Something wrong somewhere…. Pata lagana apdega"😃

He just turned his eyes casually around the office thinking when he caught Neha staring at him from the pillar near her place…. Now it was his turn to literally run and escape from the place….🤣

i think neha was mad because she thought if dipika took launch than aryan and dipika can spend so time together because of ajay they can not do that, that is the reason she was mad at ajay.

Next Ajay has delayed the kaam waali search.... Third he forgot to mention that he was taking lunch.... And of course Dipika Aryan ke saath waqt spend karni ki to usne ab nahi sochi.... Sochegi, lekin ye bhi use kisi ke kehne se... Kiske? Vo aayenge aage 😉 😳
