Shagun is shown in her room drying herself from walking in the rain . Shakti is shown opening the door and whistles at her. He walks in closes the door and taunts Shagun. He tries to touch her when Shagun grabs the knife from the fruit bowl next to her and holds it to Shakti. Shagun says that you know i can do anything but then Shakti grabs Shagun's hand and the knife falls he then says you also know what i can do. He throws Shagun on a chair. Shakti says that this is enough. i didn't come here to fight but i came to talk. He says lets compromise. Shagun asks what kind of compromise. Shakti says that before Sumar died he transferred all the money to you so marry me and all the money can be transferred to me. Shagun says that what if i refuse to marry you. Shakti then reminds her that he killed Sumar infront of her and that it wouldn't take that long to send her to the world where Sumar is at. He then gives 3 days to her to decide and walks away. Shagun is shown smiling as Shakti leaves.
Ammaji is shown in her room rocking in her chair when Alak walks in and says Ammaji but Ammaji stops her. She tells her that her own has become strangers. She says that because of my own family, i have to lower my head. Ammaji says that she will have to give a verdict for the lies Alak and Shagun have told. But that will be the only verdict she will make from now one. Alak says please don't do this. All of Banaras needs you and your desicion.
Shakti is talking to Triveni telling her that Shagun and Alak only have tonight after that they are ruined. But then a tape is played about the convo that Shakti and shagun had earlier about him killing Sumar infront of Shagun. Shakti sees shagun and picks up the tape recorder, takes out the tape and unwinds it. Shagun stands there motionless while Triveni and Shakti smile. Shagun then pulls out another tape recorder and playes it with the same convo. She throws that tape recorder to shakti who again unwinds it. Shagun smiles. Shakti then says do you have any more proof. Shagun takes a remote and turns on a tape recorder with the same tape. Shagun says that she has a lot more copies and that how many will you get rid off. Shakti says that i will get rid of them all but why don't i get rid of you instead. Then Shagun says one minuite when he is about to hit her. She picks up another remote and turns on a video that shows shagun saying that if anything happens to me then Shakti should be blamed for it. In the video Shagun also shows a cd saying that this is the proof that proves that Shakti killed Sumar. Shagun tells Shakti and Triveni that now if they do anything to her they will be to blamed for it. She then says that even if you both tried nothing can happen to me. She then tells them that she will show this prove infront of Ammaji tonight. And will tell everyone that they stole her suhaag away from her.
Shakti and Triveni are talking and Triveni says that both of them are doomed. Shakti says that not both of us just me because my voice is the only one on that tape. Triveni says that i will also be blamed. Shakti then says that before she presents the evidence lets leave town. Triveni says where will we go. We don't have anything. No money is under are name but its all under Shagun's. And if we run they will know for sure that we have done something wrong.
All are waiting for Ammaji. Ammaji is shown coming down the stair case and says that i have made a decision that tonight will be the last time i sit at the thrown. After today i will not give any verdicts. And no one will try to change my desicion. She then says that i will remember tonights desicion for the rest of my life. Beause the reputation of the whole family will be on the line. Ammaji then leaves.
Alak is talking to Shagun saying that she is very scared. Shagun says that only truth will win tonight. Then she says that i have proof to prove us right. Shagun says that she will present it tonight. Alak says that becareful. Alak tells shagun about Ammaji's decsion about tonight being the last night that Ammaji will give any verdict
All are gathered infront of Ammaji where she says that Shakti is wrong and Sumar's killer. The police is there and Shakti is yelling saying that he hasn't done anything. The police pull Shakti away while he screams. This was all a dream by Shakti wondering what is going to happen tonight.
Shagun enters Bauji's room who ignores her. Shagun says that you are like my father. Shagun says that for your daughter have trust that because of her you won't have to be ashamed.
Shagun lights a diya infront of Krishna and prays. She says that today she has truth on her side.She holds the CD in her hand
Triveni is on the phone trying to call Shakti but no one is picking up. She wonders where has he gone. She says he must have ran away.Shagun says that yes he must have ran away. She shows her a CD and says you want it have it then. I have a lot more and then walks away.
