Didnt see any post for the update so I thought I'd do it...
Episode begins in Ammaji's room, Iravati is with her, sweettalking as usual...telling Ammaji not to leave so soon after Shan's wedding for her teerthyaatra. Ammaji tells her that since she has come into this house, she has always followed all the traditions. And she expresses her happiness that Shan and Alaka are also well-settled. Just then Suli and Alaka enter the room and Ammaji is very happy...she says that she is glad that Alaka is her Shaguni daughter -in-law again. Alaka blushes, Suli grimaces and Ira smirks...Ammaji continues that she hopes Alaka will continue to live upto her position and gives her too much attention. Suli is very upset but tries to hide it and tells Ammaji she is going out to see whether all the luggage has been put in the car or not. Ira notices and thinks to herself that Bhabhi, you may hide it from other ppl but i can see your hurt...chalo lets go to put some salt on her wounds and she also leaves giving some excuse to Ammaji. Ammaji is left alone with Alaka meanwhile Ira runs off to Suli and tells her that again your status is changed from Shaguni bahu to normal bahu...now Alaka has again got the keys of this house. It is so sad for you na, i understand your pain etc...finally she leaves saying that Im feeling thirsty, please send some water to my room. Suli is left thinking how Ira changes her color.
At Meera's in-laws, Sumer's dad calls him and tells him that I have heard some things about you from outside and I am not at all pleased by your behaviour. Sumer looks scared but just asks him what he heard. Dad relaxes a bit and says that I've heard that you are working too hard and are in the office all day. You have just married recently and should spend some time with your wife. He takes out tickets and hands them to Sumer telling him that these are air tickets to Kulu manali and dont come to office for 15 days at least. He tells him that Sumer should spend some time away from family to get to know his wife better so as to build a stronger relationship with her and get to know each other better. Tribeni is watching this and thinks to herself that somehow she has to stop them from getting closer.
Meera aka Shagun is doing pooja ... Tribeni watches her from behind, Sumer is passing by, going to his room, Tribeni starts her dialogue on the phone (talking to no one) that no, please dont tell anyone, however my daughter-in-law used to be, but she is now a part of this family and i will not allow you to speak bad about her...and please dont tell all this to Sumer. Sumer overhears this and comes to his mom asking her who she was talking to and what is the matter. Tribeni acts like she doesnt wanna answer but as if reluctantly, she tells Sumers that Shagun had a bad reputation before marriage, that she had a romantic past and thats the reason her earlier baarat went away. Sumer is extremely angry, Tribeni keeps acting and tells him to forget everything and start anew and leaves. Meera is done with the pooja and turns, seeing Sumer she comes to him with the thaal for tilak, but Sumer in anger throws the thaali and leaves. Tribeni is watching this and smirking happily. F-I-L comes and asks Meera why the thaali fell like this...she lies that in her hurry, the thaal fell, Tribeni tries to get her to tell the truth and asks her why the tears, maybe you are hiding something, did Sumer tell you anything or do anything wrong? She says no, the sindoor flew and went in my eyes, hence the tears. Tribeni starts about abshagun etc, but dad stops her and says that its ok, nothing abshagun in that.
Meera goes to her room with Prasad for Sumer but he abuses her badly, telling her that he knows all about her previous dalliance and the whole of Banares is talking about it. Meera is shocked but says nothing, she is just weeping...Sumer crumples the ticket in his hand and says that you may be the protective cover of my life (meaning her akhandsaubhagyawati thingy) but you will never be a part of my life. Our Kundalis might have met but our hearts will never meet. Saying that he leaves again in anger.
Meera is left desolate and speaks that yes, i did have a past but this is my present and my future etc. Just then her cellphone rings, its Alaka .. very cheerful, Meera wipes her tears (as if u mamma can see it, u silly gal) and tries to talk cheerfully too, Alaka asks her if she is coming today as Ammaji is leaving...before Meera can answer, she says, yeah i know you have to ask your saasu maa...dont worry i have already asked her and she has agreed, anyway you saas is so nice, she will never say no. Gauri has left too and since you are also gone away this house seems so empty and we miss you lots, do you miss us, im sure not, since your inlaws are giving you more love that even we do. Meera is just weeping, no replies, Alaka gets tense and asks her if anything wrong. Meera says oh no, you see i was also working while talking, its time for him to leave for office and was setting out his stuff, he cant do anything without me na...etc. and promises to come after her work is done. After the line disconnects, she starts crying bitterly again.
