I had always told Mandodari represent the knowledge of Lanka, Sulo the wealth, Surpi the power. Sulo the wealth followed Surpi the power and whatever she had lost today was due to that one misstep. Sulo is guilty. Because when Sulo sends the material for Shringaar to Surpi he had warned her against that. And actually that warning was right. Ram-Lakshman were their enemies and a kingdom wont like alliance of their woman with enemy. Surpi was already used once, so there was another chance she will be used again. That day Sulo talked about woman's rights, right to love and she didn't heed her husband's genuine warning. She didn't even think right to consult her MIL before doing what she did. From that part Sulo and Meghnadh were in 2 parts. Sulo crossed her limits and tried to keep Meghnadh in limits. It didn't work. She didn't do the dharma correctly in the name of woman right and he went adharma way in the name of duty of a son.

So Sulo the wealth of Lanka decided to burn in the fire with her husband, die in the fire that she was part of creating and that was responsible for her husband's death.

Now comes Mandodari and tells it is a woman's fate to live with separation. She cannot change that. Will it have any impact on Sulo. She accepted the fate, her husband died so she is also dying. Instead of being lonely, not able to wear solah sringaar with no meaning and purpose to her life she accepts the fate of death. When you ask someone to accept fate you are pushing them towards death. That is what Mandodari did today. That is what most woman do today. Tell it is their fate to suffer because they are woman.

What does Sita tell. She tells if Sulo loved Meghnadh she had to live for Meghnadh. She has to complete his dreams. She has to complete the tasks he left incomplete. Who was Meghnadh. Commander in Chief of Lanka. If we look Sulo is also a trained warrior. Meghnadh had trained her in many things. The defence of Lanka she has to rebuild by living. By giving that knowledge. She is the Kulvadhu of Lanka. Lakshmi of Lanka. Yes she committed a mistake. The punishment of that mistake is her widowhood. But that doesn't mean she cease to be the Lakshmi. By taking the punishment and working towards her husband's dream she can attain moksha, she can find peace. To a widow Sita gives purpose to live. Goal to attain. She evokes Meghnadh's love for Sulo and Sulo's love for Meghnadh and protects the Lakshmi of Lanka. It also showed a woman need not lose the status of Lakshmi just because she is a widow. If she functions with her husband's love she continues to be Lakshmi.

The bad power of Lanka is sent out. Both wealth and dharma will be punished, but they will have to live their second chance as essentially both Sulo and Mandodari believes in dharma.

Now coming to Vibishan crowning. Once again see the positive affirmation. Ram declares Vibishan the king of Lanka with conviction. The universe gets the message Vibishan is the king. Only the path to reach that goal remains. Once again glass half full, half empty theory.

Ahi Ravan I will analyze tomorrow as today his Mayavi powers were shown partially only

August 15 analysis updated on pg 33.

Sruthi di, the CVs totally changed the events. But, I loved it! Sita convinced Sulochana to become the phoenix that rises from the ashes, not the bird that willingly burns in the fire. Your analysis reminded me of Seven Vows! Great analysis!

Sita and Sulochana. Two women that have faced separation from their husband two times. Sulochana and Meghnad have always been separated by a barrier named Ravan. Meghnad was trapped in his prison, and no matter what she did, Sulochana could never rescue and unite with her husband. Same way, Ravan separated Ram and Sita, physically, and Ram eventually rescued Sita from Ravan and his atrocities. The second time Sulochana was separated from her husband was after his death, and she decided to enter the fire along with him. But, Sita was separated from Ram once again because of the death of the subject's faith, and after suffering for a long time, finally took shelter in the arms of Maa Dharti. The difference between these two women is that Sulochana has always, in some form or the other, been emotionally detached from her husband, while Sita has always only been physically separated. And Sulochana has always asked for Mukti from the troubles, while Sita has always asked for support and shelter. But, whenever we are in a problem, asking for Mukti is the same as fleeing from the problem, and it was never given to Sulochana. Sita, though, she didn't run away, she just wanted a hand in case she fell and had to stop. And that's why she always got it, in Ram's love and in Maa Bhumi's embrace. That's the difference between women and Sita- we always ask for Mukti, while she asks for Shakti.

Ahiravan, disguised as Vibhishan, first meets Prakriti or Mandodari and then meets Sanskriti or Ravan. He tricks both of them into believing he is Vibhishan, but only reveals his truth to Ravan. Why is that? Ahiravan used the Maya of Sanskriti- the blindness of the human. We humans have very small brains that can perceive only small amounts of knowledge. We come to conclusions based on that infinitesimal information, and live in that world. Evil takes advantage of that blindness, and kills us through traditions, that spread through mankind like poisonous gas. All of the blind get trapped, Prakriti and Sanskriti. And the people who are not affected and can see are trapped by the evil and are threatened not to speak. But evil forgets that Maya comes from Yogamaya, Prakriti. And that Prakriti will raise the cloud of ignorance from the people through Prakriti's own Maya, the power of God.

The theme of the episode is incomplete. Sita persuaded Sulochana to stay alive and complete Meghnad's incomplete work. Ram makes Vibhishan the next King of Lanka, so that the he can complete the gap that will be left after Ravan dies. And, Ahiravan tries to fulfill Ravan's incomplete task- to kill Ram and Lakshman. This episode taught me that everyone has something that is incomplete. Incomplete wishes, incomplete tasks, and finally, an incomplete life. We always fill that gap in this lifetime, and strive endlessly, but at the end, we once again declare ourselves incomplete. The only thing that can complete us is love, for that flows as an endless stream to the ocean of the heart. Give and receive love, and see the gap disappear, forever.

@Gowri I know it was not as per Ramayan. But then it is time we dont highlight such things in present day without clearly understanding why they did what they did. Because such half knowledge was the root cause of evil practices like forced Sati.
Yes Seven Vows is all about love and resurrection

True, Siya ke Ram has been all about awareness. By the way, have you read my analyses? August 12 I had updated and the other ones I think you haven't read.

I read Gowri. Meghnadh head cutting one right. I read it, didnt get time to comment or guess commented. Drona's case I had mentioned.
Reaction part I always put in my post. 😆 which you also have used in your analysis. I loved your take on Sanskriti-Prakriti. Another thing is that, if your bad karma's are more, you will not get moksha till you realize all your mistakes, till you lose everything. If you are in seva of someone with bad karma, you will be destroyed quickly.

Also one more thing. Father lighting son's pyre is against Prakriti. That is the ultimate price Sanskriti pays for toying with Prakriti. Generation come to a half, life come to a halt. More old people as young people keeps on dying for old people's Mahatwakamsha, which is happening too much in Kaliyuga.

We have more old people clinging to power for their selfish gains and youngsters are dying.

Sorry for complaining! 😆

But yes, everything Ravan has done is against Prakriti, so this war is making him do that in such a way that he realizes his mistakes. Leela of Narayan is great!

After the Ram Rajya was established, once when Sita was applying vermilion (kumkum) to her forehead, a curious Hanumam asked her the reason for this. Sita explained that it was a ritual that would result into a longer and a healthier life for Ram. Enthusiast Hanuman, as big a devotee of Lord Ram he was, went on and covered his entire body with kumkumand hence turned completely orange! Bajrang means orange and hence came the name: Bajrangbali!

I still don't think the CVs did the right thing by choosing to show Sulochana live on for Meghnad. It is too modern 😕

Today, Sulochana's father did the "Vardaan" by giving Meghnad's head back to Sulochana, just like he had done the "Kanyadaan" during Meghnad and Sulochana's wedding. Both the bride and Meghnad's head need to be there for the fire of life. But, only Meghnad's head needs to be given fro his final rites, while the bride needs to be given for the marriage. To destroy a blind Sanskriti, the mentality needs to be given up, then only it will truly be destroyed. That is why the final rites can not happen without the head, and Sulochana goes to get it from Lakshman. But, to create, Prakriti needs to give her whole, emotionally and physically. To have a child, only giving birth to it isn't enough, you need to be emotionally present and give it all of the love. Devaki's six sons were killed as soon as they were born, for Devaki was not emotionally capable of raising her children at that time. Then, Prakriti, in the form of Yogamaya and Rohini, gave up her mortal life to save Krishna and wanted to have a child, and was given Balarama. Both children got people who raised them with all the love possible. Why is only one person burned in the pyre, while two people are needed to take the seven vows? Because the base of every life is two people, but the base of every destruction is one person.

Sita and Lakshman are both sitting by a lake, in thought. The lake near Sita has a waterfall with clear water flowing in it, while Lakshman's lake is still and murky. Why is the water in the waterfall clean? Because the fast moving water doesn't allow dirt and murk to sit on the bottom and build its way up. Like that, we should always have a stream of clean and beautiful thoughts, if not continuous, atleast only good thoughts. Then only the lotuses of good action will be able to bloom. Our mind should not be filled with bad thoughts only, like Lakshman's was. He was thinking about the vadh of Meghnad and Ravan over and over again. The same thoughts if repeated over and over again, then your mind will not be able to function right and will just stay still. No actions will take place and the mind will be empty and worthless over time. So, work the muscle of the brain, but with only good methods. Then only will the body be in good health.

The theme of this episode is refusing. Sulochana refuses Ravan's request to let him touch Meghnad's body, and goes to the battlefield, even after everyone is against it. Lakshman refuses to part with Meghnad's head, but after Sita convinces him, he returns it to Sulochana. Ravan refuses to turn back, and says that the sanyasi's heads will be Meghnad's tribute. Refusing to take poison makes sense, but we humans refuse to part with it. Ravan, Sulochana, and Lakshman refuse to part with the poison of their hatred. But, Sita tries to explain Lakshman that a man's deeds die with him. So, can't we say that every day is a day to forget? Every day counts as a new life, a period of new possibilities, so every day should be started anew. Forget the happenings of the previous day and work towards improving yourself, not your mistakes. Give away the poison for amrit, and see how heaven is brought down to Earth.

@bold- uncle. She is the daughter of His brother, not His own daughter.
@bold red- not necessarily. There are two people always needed. Where Kali is, Rudra is also needed. Directly or indirectly doesn't matter.
@blue- Lakshman did not have bad thoughts. The CVs perceived him wrong again. He who is Ramanuja cannot have wrong thoughts. He is not thinkin gof Meghnad as hatred. He is thinking of Megnad as the stepping stone to lead him to his mother, Sita. This perception of Lakshman makes him seem so utterly normal, that people would wondr how he was the exceptional Raghuveer's younger darling brother. The truth is, Lakshman is just as exceptional. That is one of my grievances against the show. Lakshman has not been shown in a good light half the time. For all his short tempered nature, Lakshman would never let hatred seep into his heart. He is Shri Rama's brother, and an ansh of Lord Vishnu Himself (Sesha).
