Indeed a very nice way of putting those warning lessons with today's episode , Shruthi !
The point is , people who have such thinking generally don't jump to conclusions .
These days the problem seems to be that they hardly take time to understand the serious factors of life . The way they judge their partners are many a times restricted to certain short term factors or limited aspects ignoring the values / virtues which go a long way in life and building any relationship .
There seems to be a lack of importance given to assess the needed values as mentioned by you ( family , career etc) , though in certain cases it goes overboard on these factors too!
As suggested by you , the exposure to such stories and incidents when are discussed and understood either with families or close friends would help people to understand people from different percepectives and there by develop better judgemental skills .
As today , the stress is only on the short term gains by educational institutions and the society at large , to compete , grab a seat which has better commercial values and feel secure with a well paying job .
Though , I agree all these are essential elements in life , yet their drive is so hard that people either unable to cope up or ignoring the finer elements become quite vulnerable wrt emotional aspects of life .
