Guys typing from mobile. Hence quick analysis. Today ram asked tharini will he get narayan by doing himsa.a very relevant question of our times.by killing maiming shouting insulting and giving pain to people will we get narayan.for that matter God. If u are a true devotee u will understand narayan is love. He can only be attained in a life time through love. Else u get death. But a blind devotee in the name of religion kills and mains.it showed how ravan like people are influencing innocent youngsters with wrong ideology. Ravan knows the truth. Then he blames gods not his karma. Doesn't understand solution come before the problem. Brahma boon to ravan became curse for the world. So Vishnu uses the loophole in the boon to come and end the problem

Gowri good analysis. Bedh is used in the end.also an egoistic man always sees problem outside not inside. Even God cannot grant him mukti before his ego is taken

Beautiful analysis shruthi Di
Request others to analyse as the episode was really relevant to today's times as shruthi Di said. Thanks Gowri Di for right shloka I think I mixed it up 😕. Ravan himself is a human isn't it? And it was beautiful between Narayan Bhakt and Vishnu bhakt. Someone analyse that too please.
yogibrithyanagamyam Or yogibhirdhyanagamyan which one is right I find this differing in shruthi Di's version and gauri di's version. Request someone to clarify or maybe it doesn't matter. I am clueless don't mistake me 😃

Quite an interesting and relevant episode. As always loved your analysis Shruti.
I had expected your analysis on the line ram mentioned - that it is a small difference between Bakthi and Andhbakthi !
Tarinni seems to be a new charecter not heard though!

Absolutely true that this story was so relevant to the current times , when religion is used to justify the violence and a way to reach God etc.
It was beautiful to see the Karuna bhav of narayan to give Mukthi to his devotee along with the supreme Vision at the shortest call !
After all the devotee has spent all his life only in the jaap of Narayan and had chosen the Hinsa path with a blind faith on his father.
Just as you mentioned in your post , it's only those who fear are constantly trying to exercise control over others ( who they think may overthrow ) . We do see a lot of such examples in our present day politics too !

Though in Ravan's case, it is pre planned that he would be killed by Vishnu who is in Rams form( and so , all his scholarly knowledge did not come of use ) , the lesson is for the rest of the mankind to understand the simple knowledge of - whatever is rightfully yours is alone good for you and those that are tried to be sought out through any unfair means shall only end up in ones destruction !
Both Ramayan and MB talks about this and yet many seem to ignore these valuable lessons and endlessly chase behind things that are not rightfully theirs !

@Sanjana No problem! Vaise, you didn't have the wrong shloka, I wanted to give you all the lines. And yes, I will analyse the episode over the weekend. It was beautifully heartbreaking!
@Sruthi di Yes, there are so many Ravans today, that potential Rams are also changing because of their talks.

@Vipraja di Hello, di! Yes, whenever we want the Lord as much as we want air when we are seperated, the Lord grants us His vision. And Tarini definitely had that. Also, we always praise something, but we don't inhibit that in our own lives. One side we worship Maa Lakshmi, Durga, and Saraswati, and on the other, we see so much discrimination against them.
