I think they are dragging the episodes mainly because of Hanuman, the actor is down with chicken pox. They cannot show sita haran quickly without the main actor hanuman. Even the actress playing Sita fainted on sets due to heat and hectic schedule. Star plus should be sued for making the actors work every day without holiday. Are they laws to protect actors. Why cannot they have 5 days show. The show was really good with pace and quality with 5 days every week.🤢

Raavan was really good today. The arrogance, the game of dice, his trembling minister, the smile on hearing Surpi's strange infatuation and then the anger at whom she was in love with, the walk back after admonishing Sulochana was all well enacted.⭐️

Liked Lakshman's immediate defense of brother and bhabhi.. the Ram-Sita-Lakshman scene was nice and it has been quite a while since there was teasing and smiles between the three. So that was good to see.

Indrajit seems very agitated because if Surpi. I am not sure if he was even in the picture until Sita was kidnapped by Raavan but here it looks like he has already understood the problems that Surpi may cause.

It was Sita who was Surpi's BFF today. Surpi changed and made Sulo her BFF in a minute😉 So Sulo joins the girls gang and decides to help 'a woman get her love'😕

I didn't like the roundabout explanation about fasting for one's husband. Why bring love and how it unites the world into something as simple as fasting for the well being of one's loved one? What is so bad about having some faith about certain things and believing in it with Shraddha and Bhakti.
Puja and fasting do not need excuses. It is a personal preference.
The hindu tradition imbibed fasting during certain times as a measure of maintaining one's health, both physically and mentally. There was no need to be apologetic about it and give explanations on things such as these.

I also keep wondering why Shri Ram runs when he has his bow and arrow in hand?

The story is all haywire. The surpi saga of yearning and lust, the plotting and planning is too daily serial inspired.

The thing that got me in today's episode was the relationship b/w Shurpi & Sulochana. Like Shurpi wants the shringhar, so she writes to Sulochana, not Mandodari (incidentally, where is she? Has Manasi got the good sense and left the show?) to send her the shringhar items & maids. Meghnad intervenes and forbids Sulochana from doing that, and Sulochana - a reputed pativrata who in some lists is held as high as Savitri & Sita - turns around and disobeys him? That too to fulfill the lust of their aunt? Unbelievable! But then again, that's the story of this very serial. Another question - why is Vibheeshan totally absent so far? 😆

Ravan's dice game w/ his minister was almost like the Bush v Gore recount in 2000. Keep throwing the dice until you don't get 5 😆 And his reactions to Meghnad's anger @ Sulochana was amazing. As was Sulochana's reaction to die to enhance the lust of her aunt for Rama. Couldn't Indrajit have given her a pravachan about the sin of going after a married man? 😈😆

Also, Rama chasing the asura was weird, when he could have shot and fired an arrow, and if not killed, at least knocked him down.

The precap totally spoils the main story, assuming that they plan to show it. In the original, it's love @ first sight for Shurpi, and she tries to nail Rama on the first date. Here, Rama will at least have an inkling, and rips apart the garland that Shurpi tries to put on him. Speaking of which, why didn't that garland turn charred? 😆

I've done my version of Meghnad making a more convincing argument to Sulochana in the Deer Diaries. 😆
